行經元州街發現有間嵩記牛什，以為A貨，望真啲原來真係大埔道嗰間嘅分店，就決定入去食碗牛雜麵。牛雜幼麵（$33）3.5片草肚（切得好碎，淋）、2片沙瓜（估唔到有，有𡁻口）、2舊肺（幾彈牙）、2舊粉腸（唔肥，無咩牛脂香味）、1件厚切膀（雖然唔大舊，但少有的厚切，口感唔錯，少少粉糯），整體好入味（唔鐘意嘅就會覺得過咸）；湯底清唔油膩，色水比較深，以為好咸，但都好彩唔太咸，味好濃（最後無口渴）；幼麵夠爽口彈牙，但有鹼水味（但我接受到）。 continue reading
