日本嘢對我黎講真係食極都唔厭,加上無得去旅行,唯有靠食黎解我相思之苦啦🙈呢間丼飯餐廳我食過幾次啦,食物質素高之餘仲好平均,姐係次次都咁高水準呀。所以想寫低推介下比大家我同朋友每人叫咗個刺身丼飯,再加兩串串燒分享食極上海老二重丼:刺身新鮮兼足料,海老有成5隻,其中一隻仲要大大隻,啖啖肉呢!而帆立貝亦都大大片,勁厚身彈牙,配合魚籽一齊食,爽呀!不得不提,丼飯上有啲好似啫喱粒粒,呢個好好味,酸味味,好開胃!而且啲飯已經調配好哂啲味道,亦有紫菜絲,唔使再落醬油都好夠味👍🏻和風三文魚親子丼: 除咗大大塊三文魚刺身外,仲有炙燒三文魚粒,雖然好似好單一,但我想話有驚喜,因為兩款唔同口感,加上魚籽襯托,鮮味出哂黎牛舌串燒:呢個一定要叫,佢哋啲串燒有秘製醬汁,味道同出面嗰啲好唔同,而家牛舌好彈牙又juicy,必叫!雞軟骨串燒:味道又係勁特別,竟然有少少甜味,但一啲都唔怪,襯雞軟骨竟然可以咁好味大家記得要book定位先呀,因為餐廳經常滿座呢 continue reading

尖沙咀棉登徑真的一個好多日式餐廳的地方,今次同HONEY去左哩間嵐橋丼飯專門店食有名的魚生丼飯,見到丼飯一碗比一碗靚,真的選擇困難症又來了~~去到真的差不多滿座~~同HONEY點左黑松露帆立貝丼,特盛火灸牛肉丼,另外都點左幾串串燒~多春魚,銀杏同埋青椒仔,叫丼飯會有埋麵豉湯,加28蚊就可以轉𩶘魚湯啦。奶白色的魚湯,滿滿香魚味,又有少少菇,豆腐跟昆布,真的好多料的一碗湯黑松露帆立貝丼黑松露帆立貝丼有火炙左口魚,帆立貝,葉蟹肉,三文魚子,同埋好特別的醋JELLY,火炙左口魚,帆立貝真的唔錯,加埋珍珠米真的無得頂~~特盛火灸牛肉丼特盛火灸牛肉丼真的好大碗肉食丼,另外加埋日本生雞旦,牛肉火灸後真的好香,撈埋珍珠米真的一流~~多春魚,銀杏同埋青椒仔銀杏同埋青椒仔真的唔錯,又其青椒仔食落一D都唔辣,銀杏唔錯,多春魚多春魚真的滿滿的春,食落唔太乾,真的好正~~哩度的丼飯真的好有特色,值得一試。 continue reading

尖沙咀棉登徑成條街食肆林立,尤其日本料理都有好幾間今晚收工同事就帶我去到一間專門食日式丼飯嘅食店*嵐橋*食店大約有8張2-6人餐桌,地方唔算好大,一入門口就見到開放式廚房,玻璃櫃擺放着一些當日最新鮮的魚生食材,擺放得整整齊齊,乾淨衛生,真係見倒都已經口水流😋食店門外同室內當眼處都寫上每日推介,務求令客人食到當日最時令及最新鮮嘅食材。睇睇餐牌,有兩款季節限定丼,我同同事就每人order一款。🥢矢柄丼,秋刀丼兩款丼飯都同樣有三文魚、油甘魚、牡丹蝦、赤貝、海膽、三文魚籽先講矢柄魚,其實都係第一次食,所以要嗒真佢嘅味道😆,冇嘜脂肪,味道較清甜而秋刀魚比起上黎就較肥美甘香,魚味相對較濃,我個人就較喜歡秋刀魚多啲😋而三文魚同油甘魚,色澤光亮,油花分怖均勻,入口肥美甘香牡丹蝦色澤橙紅,蝦頭仍緊緊連接蝦身,非常新鮮,蝦頭部份亦都唔可以錯過,豐腴甘香嘅蝦膏用黎撈飯一流🤗赤貝色澤橙紅,肉身堅厚,爽脆彈牙,非常鮮甜總捨黎講魚生部份非常新鮮,絕無挑剔👍🏻-而丼飯除飯上面嘅食材要新鮮之外,飯底都非常重要,呢度嘅丼飯已預先調好味道,上枱仍帶微暖,飯軟硬適中,中間仲夾雜好香嘅芝麻同碎紫菜,增加口感同味道。🥢壽司食完丼飯後我哋仲意猶未盡,order左兩款壽司🍣小肌魚同油甘魚壽司,兩款都係今晚推介,非常新鮮,值得推介👍🏻。 continue reading

當有一間餐廳,佢可以好自豪咁話俾你知佢哋係專門做丼飯🍚嘅時候,我就旨意對佢哋有好大期望。餐廳其實都好近尖東站,尖東站P出口過一條馬路,再行多少少就到,一啲都唔遠。餐廳門面唔算好大,但店員服務就非常用心。餐廳係丼飯專門店,有非常多款可以揀。我叫左個海之幸丼,$258,裏面有中拖羅、赤身、深海池魚、三文魚子、蟹肉、赤蝦,加埋落咗秘製醬汁嘅飯,微酸。😉結果就係....好食😋:三文魚籽唔會有腥味,而且脆卜卜,圓錄錄,晶瑩剔透。拖羅無渣,入口雖然唔係即溶,但係啲魚油已經非常香,加埋一個酸酸地嘅丼飯,完全中和油膩感之餘亦提升左刺身嘅鮮味。👍麵豉湯亦都好好飲,佢呢度仲可以加$28 ,升級做一個𩶘魚湯👍最後梗係唔少得叫多幾件壽司食啦。特別鍾意佢個蟹肉蟹膏豆腐壽司,蟹肉係非常清新,加埋蟹膏,配埋粒粒彈牙嘅飯,一齊放入口,係好好食。小肌魚壽司,聽個名以為有好多肌肉,實質係一塊軟身而且非常鮮嘅魚生,有清清的肉香,非常好。 continue reading
