我同朋友點左海鮮孖寶晚市套餐,真係幾有驚喜。首先燻香樟茶鴨呢道菜用咗樟茶煙燻嘅方法,令到鴨肉帶有獨特嘅煙燻香氣,嗰陣淡淡嘅茶香加埋樟木嘅味道,真係別具風味。鴨肉外皮煎得香脆,內裏保持嫩滑多汁,啲油脂滲入肉裏面,每啖都有一種濃郁嘅香味,值得一試。🦆至於沙巴龍躉斑仔,魚肉非常鮮嫩,啱啱好保持咗海鮮嘅鮮甜同肉質嘅彈性。廚師用咗簡單嘅蒸煮方式,令到魚肉保持原味,同時加少少調味提升鮮味,魚肉鮮美又唔會過於油膩,岩曬鍾意食海穌嘅我地。🐟再講下碳磚脆豆腐,廚師將豆腐煎得外脆內嫩,外層包住一層脆皮,裏面嘅豆腐保持咗滑嫩嘅質感。呢個對比令到每啖都有唔同嘅口感變化。仲有嗰啲調味醬汁,為豆腐增添咗層次,唔會過淡,素食者都岩食。🧆 continue reading
