To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某日同朋友入荃灣諗住是但食一間餐廳,點知入到去職員話唔好坐出面一定要坐入面既位,ok都算,入餐廳竟然係要先去櫃檯落單俾錢先,都唔緊要,但係職員叫我放反個餐牌落自己張枱度唔好留反響收銀位都真係幾搞笑加無理,食物勁快就上枱,職員響度吹水唔太理食客,點知一入口d薯仔係凍冰冰既,可以煮熱d會好d,連個咖哩飯都好似係生既米無點煮熟過甘硬到一個點,牛腩超多根位無乜肉食,另一碗麵,碗麵好似浸左好耐水既口感,入口又係半生熟既麵條,想問點解仲甘多人食,甘既食物質素同職員質素真係有待改善。

朋友推介話呢間啲餃子好食就嚟試下餃子都好飽滿好大粒,餡料好充足,菜同肉嘅比例個人覺得啱啱好, 女仔嘅話食八粒都應該夠曬飽,略嫌佢啲肉餡比較腍冇乜彈性原來配湯同唔配湯個價錢唔同,開頭冇留意到 以為湯係跟埋嘅,但係要另外加兩/三蚊左右 其實都ok唔係好貴,同埋湯入面其實係有菜 咁樣計返都幾抵 個湯就應該唔係純粹係食材熬出嚟嘅,有加到雞粉或者其他調味料之類,都冇特別去飲佢個湯,食完呢餐就冇話好頸渴,都幾舒服嘅,性價比ok可以回訪

27-12-2023(Wed)晏晝同老公去買嘢,買完佢又嗌要食嘢,但我未餓,問佢去邊喥食?佢答小雨天。我哋去到,啱啱開始下午茶,我睇見$37.00嘅淨龍蝦丸,就叫呢個,同熱檸蜜。老公去俾錢時問收銀呢個有冇下午茶?佢答冇。咁我唔要嘢飲啦。佢俾完錢返埋嚟喇,冇耐店員放低兩杯嘢飲,我哋愕然,只叫一杯嘢啫,就叫店員拎返一杯走。冇耐,我嘅淨龍蝦丸到嚟,大大碗,撈吓睇吓,一共有4粒,娃娃菜就多。龍蝦太唔大粒,但有脆彈蟹籽,湯底又係胡椒湯,但比朝早喺大爺食嘅溫和。4分而老公就要$48.00嘅椰菜餃麵,等好耐 好耐至到,椰菜餃有6粒大大粒,食落,內裡椰菜唔多,差唔多只係肉,味道係清淡嘅,雖然個湯都係胡椒湯,但因有甜酸菜,而甜酸菜嘅味道都好出。3分最後飲啖熱檸水,老公冇篤到檸檬但都係澀。2分抵食係2.6分上次食評係2023年2月19日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E6%B8%85%E6%B7%A1%E4%B8%8A%E6%B5%B7%E9%BA%B5-e4718102

荃灣太多好吃,多不勝數。今天去了小雨天吃吃看,它家主打雲南風味米線🍲,除了麵類還有鍋飯,豬骨筒湯飯提供等等。由於分量蠻多,完全滿足了飯量大的朋友,價格又實惠,是學生不會覺得有負擔的親民價。食物分別跟朋友叫了雲南風味小窩米線和酸辣紅薯粉。湯底是郁濃的豬骨湯,可以選擇不辣去嘗湯底本身的鮮味,喜歡再重口味一點的朋友,旁邊有兩款辣椒醬和香醋選擇。它們自家調味好的酸菜咸酸剛好,米線配了豆卜加豬腩肉,清淡的同時跟炸醬酸菜很搭。豆卜吸了湯汁又不會太干柴,腩肉厚薄均勻,太多時候吃到得很厚很難嚼,它也完全沒有這個問題。薯粉配了雞肉和豬大腸,肉煮的很嫩,沒有那些冰鮮味,大腸有時候最怕吃到臭,但這家完全沒有。點了阿華田和檸茶,甜度適中。只可惜兩個女生食量沒有很大,不能吃更多東西,期待下一次可以嘗試他們家的豬骨筒和餃子🥟。
