荃灣就係人都知多好野食,上個星期六入荃灣專程買南乳囗磨豉醬嘅我搭巴士旺角去沙咀道,落車諗住搵左野醫肚先行去悅和啦。一心諗住行去地鐵站個頭總有一間正架嘛。點知經過呢間冇咩人但店外嘅海報吸引左入去嘞。好,講下野食,好大份,幾乎食唔晒,雞好好味,感覺真係好新鮮嘅雞。飯係健康嘅糙米飯,大碗唔難食丫,唔知點解有人抗拒糙米飯嘅呢~輪到配菜,湯同沙律都好好味,湯應該冇味精,但好清甜,沙律就……咪沙律囉,食唔出啲咩黎,但個餐飲真係值得推介架,雪梨蘋果茶,落足料,有南北杏同雪耳架。我未必再去荃灣,但去嘅話會再去呢間餐廳食下個豬。 continue reading

話說內地豬瘟爆發,人心遑遑,都係食本地豬安心啲呢間專賣本地農場豬,巧有親切感星期六日及公眾假期冇套餐,全部散叫,$50一款主菜,$18一碗飯,$38碗拉麵火焰金沙骨,兜口兜面點火燒比你睇,多左視覺效果同香味,仲要呃埋like,我幾欣賞呢味,味道香甜,肉質彈牙唔鬆散,但係又唔會好難咬,好似食緊有骨靚叉燒,美中不足係portion太細,如果有四舊,感覺會好啲鹹酸菜豬脾,可能係橫財就手嘅變種,呢味要等一段時間先有得食,我食哂成碗拉麵都仲要等多幾分鐘先做起,個拉麵幾普通,唔值$38,講番個豬脾,皮爽滑,肉軟腍,鹹酸菜解左脂肪肥膩感,一口接一口,好快食哂叫左個梅菜扣肉比工人姐姐,睇得出啲肉靚嘅,明顯同酒家或者飯盒有分別,下次一定試下整體係高汁嘅,feel到店家用心做豬,會再幫襯 continue reading

店內夠廣闊,兩邊的座位全都是卡位,中間非常廣闊,亦都不會再開設桌子,也不會強迫客人要坐在指定桌子,店內又夠廣闊,空間感十足的。想不到現在到這細細間的小店,不是連鎖,也可以用電子平板電腦來下單,真的先進。夠姜豬豬,非常細碟,體積就好像只是前菜一般,細細碟的葉子,上面放了幾片豬腩肉,除此之外的就只有大量洋蔥以及薑末。因此,這麼小小一碟的豬腩肉,即使燒得均勻,又或是煮得夠香夠脆,但是份量這麼少,只有五六片這般,其實也很難吃得過癮。另外一碟火焰豬豬,定是叫做豬都有火,只是用細細隻碟,然之後在下面倒少許燒酒,然之後店員點火,就像這件金沙骨起火的賣相。但其實,份量極之少,只是兩三件金沙骨,放在小小的鐵架上面,其實莫說是分享,一人來吃,都不知夠不夠。肉質還好,不會太堅硬,味道還好吧。一客拉麵,荵夠多而湯不覺濃,沒甚麼特別味道。麵條不韌,不太吸湯,普通而已。分量極之細小,因此吃完之後其實都可以再吃第二頓,這個大小,可能要吃兩份才會吃得飽人。看似是小店形式,見到有本地手工啤酒,但其他飲料,竟然沒有汽水等等。取而代之,店內所提供的就是所謂的健康飲品,有些自家製的花茶或是什麼蜜。 continue reading

今年因為工作關係所之多去了荃灣,否則離我家一個小時的車程會讓我卻步 幸好由公司出發還是方便,這晚就及時來到開業才兩個月的小農夫與友共聚 標榜出品無味精,堅持自家製作,所用食材更有不少是本地農產品 最特別是店家會用廚餘機將廚餘轉化作有機肥料,代食客為保護地球出一分力 在乾燥秋冬季,一杯暖暖的自家製雪梨水可謂是急救良方,邊喝邊看餐牌為佳 用上南北杏及雪耳等食材襯托主角雪梨,清甜滋潤,既是飲品又可作糖水 夠薑豬豬配麵豉豬肉湯及糙米飯 $68名堂甚是可愛,夠薑豬豬實為薑汁煮豬腩片,隱約傳來淡淡薑香,不嗆辣 豬腩片薄身煙韌又未至柴口,不帶腥臊,吸汁少肥膩,調味恰到好處 與煮至半透的洋蔥絲和菜絲同食,頓添清甜;帶汁菜式建議配糙米飯,拌著吃更滋味 豬都有火伴豬骨濃湯拉麵 $68以一抹火焰吸引全場目光,為豬都有火火焰金沙骨多增焦香,微燶邊位尤其冶味金沙骨肉緊實帶彈,保有些少水分,不至硬韌,骨邊肉的香味濃郁,又有輕輕蜜甜 是回配上豬骨濃湯拉麵,湯郁帶甜,浮油量可接受,麵條亦尚帶勁道 小農夫最近開始供應私房菜,菜式可根據客人需要作調整店方透露甚至可製作如蟠龍鱔這樣花功夫的中菜,這樣的話,西式扒餐等等應該也沒大問題只是準備需時所以要先行預訂,沒有Walk-in的份了 continue reading
