今晚老公嚟接放工喺觀塘揾飯食!想試下中菜,喺openrice見呢間係top 3,就嚟試試佢,無book位,但我地18:00就入坐,當時餐廳唔算多人,但過咗半個鐘,已經full house, 唔估到好多家庭同一大班好友飯局都book呢度食,咁應該無伏了。兩口子叫咗呢啲食,價錢都幾實惠,難怪會爆塲:蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子 $48/隻蟶子都算大隻,夠鮮味,肉質爽滑,勁多蒜蓉同粉絲,粉絲入晒味,既香又唔會搶去蟶子嘅原味,正,算抵食!菠蘿酥炸大腸 $98/碟超級邪惡嘢,屋企唔會整嘅菜式,真係食到停唔到!大腸炸到啱啱好!外皮微焦帶勁脆,大腸裡面處理得幾乾淨,無咩肥膏,夠晒香脆,配埋酸甜汁加菠蘿絕對係完美結合,不過兩個人清一碟真係有d多,但都忍唔住口食晒,今次真係肥仔了!!!!紅燒乳鴿 $52/隻乳鴿外皮都算酥脆,肉質細嫩,有濃郁嘅燒烤香氣, 控制得唔錯,正常水準。拍蒜菜心(蒜蓉炒菜心)$78/碟呢碟蒜蓉炒菜心簡單得黎又好味,菜心炒到鮮綠爽脆,蒜蓉又夠香完全滲入晒菜度,食完真係滿足!呢道菜嘅賣相都好靚,白色碟襯住翠綠嘅菜心,上枱好整齊,個廚都幾細心,加分!姬松茸燉老雞湯 $48鍾意飲老火湯嘅我,一定要叫嚟試下!首先係勁多材料,勁多雞髀肉,仲有雞腳同勁多姬松茸。。。姬松茸係呢個湯底嘅靈魂,姬松茸滲透每一口湯,帶有淡淡嘅菌類甘香味,飲落去令人舒暢整,呢碗湯不但味道鮮甜,仲好滋補,特別適合想要溫補但又唔會太燥熱嘅朋友仔。如果你鍾意飲老火湯,呢個姬松茸燉老雞湯絕對係值得一試嘅,$48抵飲!整體嚟講,呢間食肆真係非常值得推薦,無論係味道、服務定係環境都交足功課,絕對會再嚟光另外,餐前小菜有黑木耳同超大碟嘅炸花生。。食唔晒~~而服務方面,店員好積極,上菜速度亦都十分迅速,呢間餐廳價錢方面亦都屬於合理範圍,性價比高,會再嚟番炒! continue reading

觀塘嘅大城小廚一向出名,之前同一班朋友聚會都嚟食過,菜式性價比非常之高。呢間餐廳以主要食廣東菜,菜單亦有多種多樣嘅選擇。無論係小菜定係湯、定係煲,呢度都有叫左「豉椒炒蜆」。蜆幾新鮮,搭配青椒、紅椒同埋洋蔥,炒至入味。蜆肉鮮嫩,配合醬油嘅鹹香,真係一啖接一啖,根本停唔落嚟。重點係呢盤菜多蜆肉,有時出邊嗌炒蜆上到嚟只係得殼冇乜蜆肉,值得一讚第二道菜係懷舊菠蘿咕嚕肉,最typical嘅港式菜,佢個咕嚕肉做得都幾酥脆,每次食菠蘿咕嚕肉嘅酸甜味道都令人胃口大開。而佢個名都起得好貼地,真係令人諗返小學嘅時候午餐成日都會食呢度菜,夠晒懷舊!呢個超好味既係欖角蜜餞一字骨,一字骨經過精心烹調,外皮略帶焦香,食落去少少脆,甜甜地,肉質嫩滑,真係煮得好好,最主要係個汁同埋佢煮到少少燶,好有技巧,啱晒搭配白飯食廣東菜又點少得「豆腐火腩煲」—男人的浪漫😹😹呢道菜喺熱辣辣嘅砂鍋中上桌,啱晒冬天食。主要都係豆腐同腩肉,湯汁濃郁,個豆腐真係好滑,我不斷食,呢個配飯都好啱。我個人就最鍾意呢道菜,朋友就最鍾意一字骨嗌咗個時蔬,係清炒嘅菜心,色澤翠綠,口感爽脆,有埋蠔油就更好啦!呢度茶水免費提供大約係下午茶時間去食,個場都好旺啊啱晒一大班人嚟飲個下午茶撐枱腳,其實夜晚一家人聚會嚟呢度都好啱!Overall呢度幾經濟實惠!菜式真係非常之好味,廣東菜嚟講做得好好!份量亦都大大碟,抵食 continue reading

小城大廚觀塘成業街呢間小廚都唔錯😌 果日打完波去左食。佢有個好味嘅黃金炒鮮魷🦑皮都幾薄、而且鹹蛋黃醬都幾stick得實,所以難分皮與醬。鮮魷都幾彈牙、有大有細啦。另外我哋叫咗一個金菇瑤柱扒時蔬做菜,就係金菇切碎之後,再加醬汁就會煮成好似瑤柱碎一樣,在淋上去啲娃娃菜度。我覺得佢個燉湯都幾高性價比,值得叫嚟飲吓。$38 行都幾足料。我哋叫嘅係茶樹菇燉排骨燉湯。裏面除咗有排骨之外,其實仲有雞肉,同埋雞腳。燉湯真係好清,上面嘅油脂唔係好多,但味道足夠。我哋嗰日叫咗一碗白飯,其實可能打完波唔係食太多,已經夠兩個成人分。 continue reading
