朋友很喜歡吃刀削麵的口感,喜歡煙韌有著勁的食物。今次特地帶他來試試這家荃灣有名的刀削麵店。餐廳座位都是卡座,晚市不同時間都有人來進餐,頗受街坊歡迎,主要因為是食物性價比高,味道也不錯,天氣冷,吃碗熱辣辣的刀削麵更有風味!而且還有串燒少吃、汽水啤酒啊!我們點了二人餐$148,可選兩份主食,兩碟小吃,兩杯冷或熱飲品,價錢經濟實惠,很多人都選這個套餐。寶字號豬肉刀削麵,湯底清不油膩,有淡淡的骨湯香。豬肉碎大粒新鮮,口感不錯,有豬肉味。用清湯配刀削麵,吃出真正味道!刀削麵口感煙韌有嚼勁,即使放久了也沒有變糊,十分有彈性,夾起麵條有回彈力,會彈汁到衣服上呢!西紅柿雞蛋麵,即是蕃茄蛋湯麵,超好吃!大讚!喜歡蕃茄湯用新鮮蕃茄煮成,不是西餐湯那種茄膏調製。蕃茄湯用料充足,有極多蕃茄蓉,有蛋花香味配襯,令湯十分香濃。刀削麵拌著蕃茄濃湯和蛋花吃,酸酸甜甜特別開胃。這道北方家常菜,在這裡以平凡的食材煮出不平凡!小吃小酥肉,是酥炸豬肉條,香脆外層,吃著豬肉微辣味道,第一次吃頗有新鮮感。蔥油木耳,蔥油味香,加了蒜蓉涼拌,不需濃烈的酸辣味,以最家常的手法,拌出最永恆的味道。吃得意猶未盡,來一條燒茄子$48,試試這裡的燒烤。蒜蓉和孜然鋪滿在茄子上,有五香粉提香,自帶小辣,咸味香辣味濃烈,與蒜蓉、孜然香共冶一爐,就是在北方吃過的味道,十分正宗!下次來要留肚,多吃幾款燒烤呢!吃過就知道這家小店值得一去,味道好,性價比高,怪不得這麼多街坊光顧。 continue reading

今日去開荃灣,上網見有人推介兆和街呢間「寶字號」,家庭式小店格局,裝修簡約,跟一般茶記分別不大。餐廳主打四川及晉菜,食物選項豐富,除了五大王牌刀削麵,仲有炒麵、拌麵、飯、湯粉、特色小吃、風味燒烤同幾款超值優惠套餐等供應。我哋點咗👇蝦爆鱔背炒刀削麵 ($88) 刀削麵以爆炒方式處理,蝦仁爽彈,鱔背鮮嫩,麵條筋道十足,入口柔滑香韌又帶點辣勁,辛香惹味。寶字號滷肉飯 ($48)  滷肉飯大大碗,份量十足,滷肉肥瘦適中,油份夠、醬油味足,滷汁鹹甜度剛好,蔬菜新鮮爽甜,撈埋啲飯一齊食,滋味滿分。肉夾饃 ($50/2個) 肉夾饃即點即烤,拿上手時仍熱辣辣,厚度十足,入口饃酥肉嫩,吃時更滲出啖啖肉汁,令人食慾大增。另外仲點咗茶葉蛋 ($10) 同 熱鴛鴦(跟餐+$3),茶葉蛋鹹淡適中,蛋白軟嫩,蛋黃鬆綿;熱鴛鴦順滑醒神,茶啡奶比例剛好。 continue reading
