今日無端端好想食小菜,橫掂去開沙田,就睇吓附近有啲咩特色嘅大排檔。咁見上網有人介紹呢間,咁佢就喺冬菇亭嘅,而且入邊都有冷氣,入到去店員都比較手忙腳亂,想拎位嘅時候都係門口企左一陣先至有人安排我哋入去帶位,但係因為見佢係小店,人手安排比較慢慢緊,所以我都值得體諒嘅。坐低我哋就開始叫餸,咁我哋叫咗三樣餸,其實三樣餸都好食嘅,所以呢間餐廳我都會俾佢一個中上嘅分數。我哋就叫咗個金銀蛋炒時菜,咁我哋就揀咗菜心,佢嘅用料都好靚啊,菜心係用菜心苗,食落去好嫩口,唔會好老,而且金銀蛋都好食,重點係佢份量好大,大大碟餸先至$65 ,所以我覺得呢一個菜都好抵食。另外我哋就見咗個京都骨,如果大家有睇下邊嘅相片嘅話就可以見到佢啲京都骨其實真係好大份,我哋兩個人食都起碼每一個人都可以拎到差唔多八九件,而且佢每一件都係好多肉,而且骨嘅份量比較少,所以佢真係抵食夾大分,不過佢個配料其實真係比較少,只係得菠蘿,其實我出邊食過其他嘅京都骨都係有其他嘅三色椒,或者最少係青椒作一個配菜,但係呢間就剩係得菠蘿,我反而就覺得比較遜色一啲,因為睇返落去個外貌其實唔係特別討好,如果加返個三色椒或者係青椒嘅話令到個色彩豐富啲,咁可能

坐低我哋就開始叫餸,咁我哋叫咗三樣餸,其實三樣餸都好食嘅,所以呢間餐廳我都會俾佢一個中上嘅分數。

我哋就叫咗個金銀蛋炒時菜,咁我哋就揀咗菜心,佢嘅用料都好靚啊,菜心係用菜心苗,食落去好嫩口,唔會好老,而且金銀蛋都好食,重點係佢份量好大,大大碟餸先至$65 ,所以我覺得呢一個菜都好抵食。

另外我哋就見咗個京都骨,如果大家有睇下邊嘅相片嘅話就可以見到佢啲京都骨其實真係好大份,我哋兩個人食都起碼每一個人都可以拎到差唔多八九件,而且佢每一件都係好多肉,而且骨嘅份量比較少,所以佢真係抵食夾大分,不過佢個配料其實真係比較少,只係得菠蘿,其實我出邊食過其他嘅京都骨都係有其他嘅三色椒,或者最少係青椒作一個配菜,但係呢間就剩係得菠蘿,我反而就覺得比較遜色一啲,因為睇返落去個外貌其實唔係特別討好,如果加返個三色椒或者係青椒嘅話令到個色彩豐富啲,咁可能個賣相會好返啲嘅,所以我寧願佢肉嘅份量少啲,去換取其他三色椒返嚟,當然明白呢個價錢去做京都骨係有難道嘅,但係我覺得可以盡做嘅。

另外我哋仲叫咗個啫啫雞煲,啫啫雞煲係我其中一樣好想食嘅小菜,一見到個雞煲上枱嘅時候我就聞到佢好香,而且佢啲份量係比起其他兩碟餸係小嘅,佢係比較貼近一般其他餐廳所叫到嘅啫啫雞煲嘅份量,所以其實我冇因為呢一個份量而去扣分嘅,不過可以一讚嘅係入邊嘅用料都算係好足,裏面係有好多雞,而且入邊係有冬菇同埋豬潤,不過都係果句,佢嘅冬菇其實只係得一片,其實都係偏小嘅,所以如果係啲雞份量少啲,但係冬菇嘅份量多番啲,我就覺得個雞煲就比較完美啦!

最後都講吓衛生同埋服務態度方面嘅,老實講,冬菇亭你想佢真係有幾衛生啦,所以其實睇返餐廳望落去企理,職員抹枱起碼冇表面嘅污跡其實真係合格有突㗎啦,另外店員嘅態度都好,起碼叫做隨傳隨到,所以我覺得呢間餐廳可以值得去!
