咪被呢樸實嘅門面迷惑咗,主理竟然系林永春師傅(楊貫一嘅徒弟)多年嚟獲獎無數並喺多個地方開有分店🤩呢家店於1994年開設,已經快30年歷史啦,果然唔可以睇少~🦀避風塘炒肉蟹蟹季食蟹好時機,而且目前有活動,唔嚟一隻都對唔住時節嘞😋入廚房前會透明袋展示一下,超大隻足足一斤八兩🤩擺盤仲還原蟹嘅位置唔會亂糟糟,對於打卡真係超鍾意👍🏻蟹鉗及各部位已經敲碎,唔使太嘥功夫喺呢上面🥰味道非常出乎意料嘅入味好食,睇得出師傅功力十足,突出食材嘅鮮味同口感🤩🐮芥末牛柳粒份量十足火候控制完美,每條都沾滿溫和嘅醬汁,有芥末嘅味道又唔會嗆鼻,入口鮮嫩😍🌊西蘭花帶子粒粒飽滿,入口Q彈,份量都唔少哦🤩跟蠔油上,鍾意重口嘅可以點下😋另外有西芹可以選擇哦😝🍳瑤柱水晶炒飯調料比例與米飯結合得恰到好處,唔會過硬過老,粒粒分明,酥腍卻又有噍勁😌🍲雞茸粟米羹清甜嘅粟米同碎雞肉,入口鮮甜適中😋比起老火湯,偶然飲下哩種都幾健康嘅,大人細蚊仔都鍾意食😚酒樓嘅人十分熱心,好鍾意呢種老店嘅人情味,因為蟹上嚟時醬料系堆滿嘅,教我哋撥開拍照更好睇😝而且因為我哋坐喺一樓,可以同門口嘅經理傾偈,得知原嚟有3層,表示飯後想上去拍照都十分歡迎,二樓亦有專門嘅服務員,上去之後搵唔到樓梯,問靚女後會熱情帶我上去,不過三樓冇開燈,就影咗下🤣樓梯仲有🍾櫃,裡面有d老客戶存嘅酒哦😎雖然裝修保留懷舊風格,但系整體系十分整潔嘅,細節位決定品質同印象,台布乾乾淨淨冇穿窿之類嘅,餐具都冇任何缺口👍🏻換碟同茶水都十分勤快👍🏻屹立多年果然系有原因☺家庭聚會、宵夜之類都十分推薦😏營業到12點,完全唔驚要拿拿臨食完飯,因為疫情後好多地方都好早閂門,食完飯吹多陣水都唔行😖…Read More
