To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日黎到想試好耐既容記小菜王,7點都未到已經相當爆滿!望到餐牌樣樣都想食,不過我地得兩個人始終食得唔多,最終叫左個例牌叉燒,黃金脆蝦球,虎皮青椒炒牛仔肉。叉燒例牌但份量都好多,大大舊肉但一咬落去肉質超乎想像地霖,而且好有肉味,個蜜汁甜味適中,係相當出色既港式叉燒!黃金脆蝦球每粒都有好大隻鮮蝦,好彈牙,代表啲蝦新鮮!外面果層鹹蛋黃黃金脆皮唔會太厚,為鮮蝦帶來一點鹹香!最後係青椒炒牛仔肉,走油爆香過既青椒肉厚並透出豆豉醬既風味,牛仔肉相當嫩口,送飯一流,食到好飽,好在有壺普洱茶解解膩,最終都食得曬!已經諗定下次叫咩餸啦!

🐻成班麻甩佬食飯當然要下酒菜,一道七味脆皮豆腐金黃色,做到外脆內軟,而容記第一咀梗係必點,薄薄既脆漿包住飽滿既墨魚咀,真係惹味非常,食完飲啖酒,一個字,爽!

🐻之前兩道燒味太出色,所以加點脆皮皇子乳豬同脆皮一品吊燒雞。平時飲宴食既乳豬質素欠佳,今晚既乳豬真係食完番尋味,脆皮配上香濃肥肉加嫩滑既瘦肉,真係三層享受。吊燒雞外表吸引,外皮夠乾身脆口,不過雞肉燒到有啲柴口,略感失望。

🐻食左咁多肉當然要整返個菜,翡翠花姿珊瑚蚌配西蘭花,西蘭花爽脆有口感,花姿同蚌就一般貨色。再來個蒜蓉開邊蒸中蝦,中蝦個頭太小,蒜蓉份量多到掩蓋隻中蝦,食落好似食蒜蓉咁。

🐻食到咁上下都係要點下酒菜,彈牙鮮蝦餅蝦肉的確彈牙,奇怪在食落好重咸香味,完全遮蓋蝦肉既味道,味道有啲奇特。幸好黃金鮮魷挽回分數,容記既炸物真係出色,炸粉薄脆配上咸香蛋黃,咬開脆皮就係彈牙既魷魚,一道完美既下酒菜。

🐻8個大男人飲飽食醉都係300零蚊一位,雖然有個別菜式失準,但總括來講都係有質素,容記小菜王都係值得一試。

飯底炒得好乾身,飯粒粒分明,鹹魚炒到入口即溶,雞粒肉質嫩滑,呢個炒飯份量超多,多過兩人份量,最後我要打包一半走!

3.砂窩紅酒燴牛尾$168(9.5/10)
早排我喺Hktvxxxx買牛尾,$50得4舊,仲要喺星期二特價買,但呢度牛尾竟然份量多到有10舊,而且每舊都大大舊,骨大肉厚夠肥夠淋身,仲要用紅酒燴添,零舍好味,其他配料仲有紫洋蔥同蕃薯!
