呢日同呀媽嚟開葵廣行街同掃街前,都搵返碗麵食下填一填個肚先。如果唔係會無力作戰,葵廣除咗小食店之外,地下個層都好多食肆,不過都唔係好餐廳舖頭嗰種,比較freestyle🤣。轉咗彎入去後,見到有檔好旺場咁,原來係賣車仔麵的,呀媽就話想食,仲糾正我呢啲係叫嗱喳麵呀。食低後,就即刻睇下有乜食,我諗大部份人應該都係要佢個$45三餸麵餐,因為仲包杯熱飲。我同呀媽會share啲餸食,所以叫咗6款唔同。由於天寒地凍嘅關係,我哋仲加咗碗碗仔翅。btw餐牌封面叫孖寶秘笈,好型😎。墨魚條碗仔翅($24),熱辣辣送上,啱哂呢個天時食。張相睇落好大碗咁,其實錯覺嚟,係普通飯碗啦,份量係正常的。碗仔翅上面有6條墨魚條,無咁單調,而且湯裡面好多雞絲🐔,都幾食。我嗰碗要咗雞翼、豬頸肉同豬油渣(+$4),配米粉底同秘製汁。本身想試下手工麵㗎,但佢話未返貨😣,唯有要米粉啦,不過我都鍾意食,索湯一流!我要咗秘製汁,雖然唔係好食得出乜味,但都唔錯,而且係唔辣的。雞翼有2隻,豬頸肉就有唔少片,2樣都幾好,正正常常,抵讚係豬頸肉唔算好肥。至於豬油渣就係呀媽點名叫嘅,我從來都未食過,唔知咩樣,原來係炸到一條條的,有少少脆,都幾得意,而浸味都幾熟悉哈哈。不過都係少食為妙,始終唔太健康🙈。呀媽嗰碗就要咗豬皮、豬大腸同咖哩魷魚,都係配米粉底,佢就加咗$2要辣汁(小辣)。佢話佢呢碗先係正宗嘅嗱喳麵😆。我試咗啖湯,個辣味幾正,真係小辣,過癮得嚟唔會太搶味。豬皮同豬大腸我都試咗嚿,都ok,份量唔少。而咖哩魷魚🦑就用個碗仔另上,避免整俗個湯,魷魚個質感幾彈牙,又唔硬👍。估唔到大家食完都已經咁飽,成個晏晝都唔使再食嘢。總括嚟講,呢間🚘車仔麵幾高質,樣樣餸都幾好食,份量亦多(望落唔似XD),價錢抵食,除咗送嗰杯熱飲就迷你咗啲。環境都ok啦,廚房同餐枱嗰邊係隔開啲,雖然好多人好熱鬧但都唔算迫嘅,而且喺室內冷氣充足,加上有以香港🇭🇰做主題作裝修,有啲特色。服務方面,大部分都係姨姨級嘅女店員,全部都好好禮貌,又有笑容,仲有個叔叔店員會向客人推介有乜好食。 continue reading

「孖寶車仔麵」屹立葵涌廣場多年,筆者卻從未光顧,每次都過門不入。今天得同行朋友提議,終於決定要入門試一碗。正值午巿,食客不絕如輪轉。所幸「孖寶」租了幾個舖位,不用花太多時間等候。廚房位置放滿各種各樣的配餸食材,看得人飢腸轆轆。$45的車仔麵餐,附送熱飲,今時今日來說可以話抵食!無論湯底、麵底抑或是配餸,都是選擇良多。手工麵:吃多了米粉河粉,試試它的手工麵。麵質感覺像烏冬,粗身煙韌。湯底有幾款口味,無辣不歡的筆者當然試了秘製的孖寶辣汁。香辣味吃得更惹味過癮。蘿蔔:份量蠻多的,入口粉腍沒有根,毫無苦澀味之餘更十分清甜。豬大腸:處理得蠻乾淨,滷水滷得入味。麻吉燒:平時吃車仔麵很少見到的配餸,所以立刻點了。魚腐的外殻包著煙韌麻糬,口感特別。五香豬頸肉:豬頸肉炆得蠻腍身,不過可能浸在湯內,五香味道不明顯。魚肉春卷:春卷腐皮煎香,包著鯪魚肉,蠻惹味的。加$3點了凍奶茶,偏重奶味。 continue reading

睇完醫生, 全身冇乜力, 所以還是在葵芳食中午飯。 沒有想食澱粉質的衝動, 所以挑了葵涌廣場地下孖寶車仔麵, 他有我最喜歡食的碗仔翅,生菜魚肉湯。中午兩點的時候,就算他有三個舖位,都是座無虛席,幸好我是一個人, 很容易就找到座位。墨條碗仔翅, 墨條好彈牙,配上他自家製嘅菜甫,整碗仔翅都很足料。 原本我應該加他的辣菜甫,但係因為中醫叫我戒辣戒酸,所以我今次只可以食不辣菜甫。欣賞他的冬菇,好有質感,咀嚼也很容易。豬肉絲不會煮得過熟。熱利賓納,很久沒有飲啦!最適食的食法,就是先食碗仔翅, 再來一碗生菜魚肉湯,清清喉嚨的濃味。所以我食完之後,再點一碗生菜魚肉湯。這個湯頭底買這個價錢好好抵,這個好飲好甜 可能係用傳統嘅魚肉,生菜就算落在高溫湯底下,咬下去,還是骨骨清脆的聲音,每一啖都有淡淡嘅麻油香味。碗仔翅還是配魚肉好,墨魚條質地太硬,魚肉是柔軟得來彈牙的。你喜歡的話可以加菜脯或者胡椒飯都可以。只愛傳統的碗仔翅和生菜魚肉湯!滿分為10分(1分最低,10分最高)食物:8環境:7衛生:7服務:8價錢: 9舒適度:7.5總分:8 continue reading

呢間黃店💛「三餸麵套餐🥢($46)」車仔麵嘅餸同個pat大大pat嘅秘製汁(pic2)係精粹!餸方面推薦鹵得入味有幾大舊嘅鹵水豆腐、超香濃超嫩嘅牛肚、少有嘅流心煎蛋(video)🍳、同埋好入味好淋嘅鳳爪!🐓⚠️:湯麵🍜比撈麵出色/送熱飲☕️-「noodles with three ingredients 🥢($46)」is delicious! The special sauce(pic2) is savoury and it is the highlight of the noodles!
