4/5 食物水準以上，又有新意思，會主動邀請朋友再去。Good food with surprises, will invite friends to go again.(中英雙語，Chinese and English review)我竟然唔知我最愛嘅”好酒好蔡”有平民版，由蔡生嘅親兄弟主理。點完菜之後，老闆竟然說送個龍蝦仔前菜比我地試下。龍蝦新鮮肉彈就當然啦，個汁感覺有九層塔，薄荷，檸檬，辣椒等，其實好似仲有啲苦瓜蜂蜜味，不過唔敢肯定，開胃好食就係啦。汕頭走地雞，真係酥皮，嚇一嚇點做到嘅呢？好有雞味，不過走地街缺點真係肉太難咬。小食就點咗魚蛋魚皮餃雙拼，哩個就無乜特別，味道還可以。諗唔到食咩菜，店員就介紹個豬油渣春菜煲，湯底應該係魚湯，超好飲！豬油渣粒粒脆卜卜，配蔬菜食口感升華。個湯真係好濃，飲多咗開始覺咸，不過人地只係用嚟煮菜，係我自己忍唔住係咁飲。主食揀了黃金蟹肉粉絲煲，好好食。炒得乾爽香口，黃金即係咸蛋又比咗全新嘅味道體驗，食落仲有小小辣辣地，又再刺激一下。蟹肉相對小啲，不過淨係粉絲我都非常滿足。甜品點都要食埋我最愛嘅杏仁茶，我嚟講減少少甜就完美了。(Google trans
