天龍是由1個米芝蓮2星中餐廳燒味部主廚創業而開, 所以有一定水準 😊 在灣仔已有2間分店, 明顯餐廳是用心經營的。1人套餐 $150有很多不同配搭任你選擇, 套餐有小菜, 湯, 飯跟飲品。燒鵝當然是必點, 據我所知乳豬都大受歡迎, 如果燒鵝脾拼乳豬就要$190, 稍微貴了點, 所以退而求其次就選了燒腩仔 😁 據稱燒鵝和乳豬都是每日不停用明爐燒製, 非常新鮮 😀 燒鵝非常脆皮, 皮脆程度是會與肉分離, 肉質嫩滑, 油香溢滿 😌 不過這隻鵝就略嫌偏肥, 中間脂肪都略厚, 幸好整隻鵝滿有份量, 比例上也可接受。燒腩仔同樣肥瘦均勻, 燒腩仔的外皮本身就一定比燒鵝脆, 但以一般坊間而言燒鵝的確較出色。如果覺得燒鵝不夠汁, 可以問伙記添, 另外飯都無限任添加 🤭 continue reading

📌灣仔平民食堂 燒臘店篇平民食堂早排成日系IG碌到間港式燒臘店,據聞系由中菜部米芝蓮星級主廚所開既燒臘店,於是有日出開灣仔,就黎食下佢 一 天龍燒鵝 🔥🦆燒鵝飯 $68嗱,吾知系咪因為個阿姐見到我拎住相機?$68居然食到燒鵝脾?不過以依個價錢黎講,就算吾系比燒鵝脾,佢本身比既燒鵝份量都算多,而燒鵝亦燒得皮脆肉嫩,而且佢既白飯亦吾會好似好多燒臘店白飯咁又濕又爛,依樣好基本,但系做到必須讚😋👍🏻整體而言,天龍燒鵝位置幾方便,就位於灣仔站B1出口附近,店面無乜特別裝修,就一般茶記格局,不過招牌燒鵝做得幾好,而且價錢亦算親民,不妨一試📍天龍燒鵝地址:灣仔軒尼詩道68-76號新禧大樓地下D號舖 continue reading
