To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實食過好多次 每次都覺得食完好開心好滿足 今次寫食評因為老闆娘做到3月尾就唔做 如果無人頂手就執左佢😢星期六日黎食最好就係先訂位 因為好爆場的！我地通常都7點前到 無咁多人食得會舒服啲！呢度既烤羊扒，羊肉拌麵，大盤雞，炒羊肚尖都好好味 其實呢度仲有廣東菜但我無點過⋯⋯但呢度既凍奶茶係好好飲！呢條街啲食肆好多都做唔住 成日做一排又執左 得呢間野可以做咁耐 天山小館啲羊真係最好食 希望有人頂手都做得番呢個水準🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤後會有期！

新彊菜對我來講都幾特別，從來未食過，網上睇新彊旅遊vlog就睇得多。朋友係羊肉高度愛好者，呢間差唔多飯堂咁。我同埋其他兩個朋友都幾怕羊羶味，佢話啲羊唔羶，再加埋新彊獨特嘅香料，食完只會想encore，羶味係咩都唔會記得。老闆娘睇得出係好有異國風嘅新彊人，全晚都好熱情。我朋友成日來食，同老闆都好熟。食物真係幾好食，大量皮牙子（新彊話洋蔥），孜然其實唔係味味菜都有，手抓羊肉就俾咗碟仔孜然自己加，食幾多加幾多，都幾特別。

羊肉烤餅，炒羊肚，手工餃子很出色。烤羊排非常鮮味，自家制涼皮和酸奶要試。地道新彊美食。很多菜式選有，可以揀大辣或者唔辣。老闆好客，店員服務態度好。羊肉愛好者必試。

同事想食羊肉， 酸辣味羊肉麵份量多， 羊肉係一舊舊， 唔係一塊塊， 整體好食。 但老闆娘？ 態度極差， 叫左碟羊肉串燒， 可以成碟掉落黎， 碟同枱撞埋嘅聲震耳欲聾， 食完即走， 無下次。
