假期又跟屋企人去了西貢行了一轉,天氣不算熱有點風,遠離凡囂呼吸一下新鮮空氣感覺寫意,下午茶時間行到累見到有間新的餐廳人流暢旺,看看門口餐牌價位大約$40-70左右,對比鄰近其他西貢餐廳,經濟實惠,餐廳裝潢帶點港式懷舊冰室風格,牆壁上的餐廳名牌匾更以麻雀牌作裝飾,行上一層有閣樓坐位,閣樓有鋪懷舊花地磚,地下樓底夠高亦很開揚光猛,而且都是做街坊生意, 感覺沒有限時離坐的壓力。【蔥花叉燒炒蛋飯】(HK$60)大大塊叉燒,較多瘦叉燒啖啖肉有口感,蔥花炒蛋份量很多,蛋漿煮得半熟,覆蓋著整個飯面,份量超多很慷慨,有淋上豉油亦不會過鹹。【印度咖哩牛腩飯】(HK$65)冰室推介菜式之一,咖喱汁是他們自家餐廳調製,入口比出面的咖喱香,咖喱口感醇厚不辣不嗆喉口味溫和,而牛腩及薯仔亦煮得軟腍入味,入口很惹味,配飯吃一流。【沙爹牛肉奄列+西多士】(HK$42)熱辣辣的厚身西多士,外層炸成香脆金黃色,質感厚身不油膩有蛋味,可自行搽上牛油或淋上糖漿。而奄列雞蛋煮得半熟,入口嫩滑柔軟,中間夾有肉質軟腍的沙爹牛肉,是份量十足的下午茶。【紅豆冰】(左) (跟飯加HK$10)紅豆入口軟腍不會硬,保持著紅豆原粒狀,不會太甜。【菠蘿冰】(右) (跟飯加HK$10)港式懷舊飲品,非常透心涼的飲品 continue reading

每隔一段時間就要幫屋企人嚟西貢買鹹魚🐟撞正天后誕就行埋西貢內街,偶爾經過見到間茶記裝修充滿舊香港情懷,食物質素比預期中好,而且大大份絕對夠填肚🍅鮮茄牛肉蛋飯 個滑蛋係精粹⭐️鮮茄個比例掌控得好好,唔會出太多水之餘,又有啲汁送下飯🍔香煎肉餅包樓面姐姐好熱情咁推介一定要試佢哋嘅招牌肉餅係偏肥嗰種,所以特別Juicy同埋腍身最後random叫咗個茶記標配嘅常餐🙂‍↕️全日供應!超勁量!只係$55火腿奄列、兩款餸配粉麵、配牛油厚多士奄列餡係滿瀉嘅狀態,沙嗲牛必試,牛油多士都睇得出廚房嘅功架下次入嚟除咗Cafe之外試吓發掘下其他食肆先 o(≧v≦)o continue reading
