突然間知道今天晚上家裏沒有飯吃,所以就立即找了一位也在附近工作的朋友一起吃晚飯喔!由於是即興,所以就問了同事有沒有餐廳介紹。同事就介紹我到她家樓下的日本餐廳。一到餐廳,感覺餐廳雖小但很有日本風情!我們看了看餐牌,見到有晚市定食,就不想太多,直接點這個。定食配沙律、茶碗蒸及味增湯:很喜歡茶碗蒸,因為雞蛋很滑還有冬菇雞肉呢!三點刺身:三文魚、油甘魚、帆立貝,全部厚切,三文魚肥美,油甘魚爽彈,帆立貝鮮甜什錦天婦羅:南瓜、蕃薯、海老、茄子天婦羅揸得剛剛好,不會太油膩,十分脆口香蔥拖羅蓉手卷:壽司飯都經過調味,拖羅蓉則入口即溶!迷你冷手蕎麥麵:夏天最好吃冷麵,所以這個蕎麥麵就最好不過,麵質 Q 彈朋友就點了二點刺身:時令魚,甜蝦壽司:三文魚、白身魚、蟹籽、芥辣八爪魚、海膽拖羅蓉卷迷你紫菜湯烏冬朋友跟我都覺得這間日本餐廳性價比高呢! continue reading

約了朋友到九龍灣吃飯,這次我們在得寶商場吃日本野。看看餐牌食物種類選擇非常多,還有產地直送的飛機貨。我們點了兩個定食,定食套餐有沙律、茶碗蒸和麵豉湯,非常經濟實惠。我點了個套餐H ,二點刺身:分別是白身魚2件和拖羅蓉海膽。另外還有唐揚炸雞,炸雞外脆內嫩滑多汁,相當好吃。十勝豚丼,豚肉用醬油烤過,味道香且配飯一流,好快就吃完一碗飯。朋友點了另一定食,有一件拖羅、白身魚薄切4件、三文魚2件、油甘魚2件、甜蝦1隻、刺身新鮮,雜錦天婦羅亦炸得香脆。整體味道不錯,值得一試。 continue reading

呢一日收工係附近搵野食,唔講唔知原來得寶商場開左幾間新野,我地想食日本野,所以就揀左呢間啦😬我地點左兩個晚市定食,這樣就唔使揀來揀去啦,因為定食包左一個茶碗蒸,沙律和麵豉湯,都算經濟實惠👍🏻五點刺身 HKD208包左一件拖羅,白身魚薄切4件,三文魚2件,油甘魚2件,甜蝦1隻,刺身都算新鮮,而且三文魚好厚身,口感不錯雜錦天婦羅食日本野點雜錦天婦羅少得天婦羅呢,呢個雜錦就有齊咁多款蔬菜,南瓜和番薯都好好味😋朋友食左另一個二點刺身和唐揚炸雞,炸雞好嫩滑估唔到細商場都有水準的日本野食👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

食完再食,好味之極!之前食過午餐,發覺唔錯,於是又走嚟食過晚餐,叫咗個二人前,呢個隱世食府,真係有啲唔食唔得呀!包括前菜一漬物三點,沙律一松葉蟹鉗野菜沙律,刺身一用三文魚2切油甘魚兩千八爪魚兩切,甜蝦兩隻。卷物一海膽香蔥拖羅斷四件,蒸物一黑松露茶碗蒸。燒物一串燒牛肩胛骨。煮物一清酒清酒煮蜆。食事一沖繩豬軟骨湯烏冬。甜品雪糕。呢個二人前埋單348但要食之極!前菜漬物三點用嚟醒醒味覺,小食即可。松葉蟹鉗野菜沙律蟹鉗肉定冇畀沙律搶曬鏡頭,食到尾都依然見佢嘅蹤影, 好正呀!刺身三文魚2切油甘魚兩切八爪魚兩切甜蝦兩隻講到刺身唔使多講,只要食材新鮮,乜嘢味道都返曬嚟呀!海膽香蔥拖羅斷四件見到拖羅又見海膽,海膽放上面,最好就海膽再多啲,就更加好啦!黑松露茶碗蒸 呢次成片黑松露,在面上就好少有啦!非常滿意呀!燒牛架骨肉小食再提味蕾,香口嘢點會唔正呀!煮物清酒清酒煮蜆 蜆都幾大粒,一路食都一路食唔晒,好正!沖繩豬軟骨湯烏冬烏冬就唔係好多喇,剛剛好食咗咁多嘢,清清哋加個湯底清一清喉嚨。甜品雪糕 食早又係芝麻一個綠茶非常正呀! continue reading
