Introduction

大榮華酒樓個大名無人不知,但講到幫襯都係第一次。呢度應該係我暫時食過都算唔錯嘅中餐之一。第一味嘅日《燒鵝》(家人話叫‘黑棕鵝’)味道夠香,雖然肉肥少少但唔會有果種嘔心嘅感覺,油脂入口即溶,好香嘅鵝味;第二味係《拔絲咕嚕肉》,肉質爽脆亦唔肥,肉粒大小啱啱好,醬亦真係做到拉絲嘅感覺;第三味係《酥炸台山蠔》,呢個不得了,熟度啱啱好,炸得夠鬆脆亦唔會過火;第四味係《西蘭花炒魚球》,唔錯嘅菜式,味道係正常嘅水準,諗唔到冇爆發力之處;第五味係《香茜豆腐骨湯》,呢個湯真係不得了,魚湯通常都會帶腥味,佢做到個湯完合冇腥味,仲要好鮮甜,極好飲;最後叫左兩款唔同嘅甜品,一個奶黃水晶包,味道唔太甜亦有啲咬口,奶黃味好香,呢個小朋友一定喜歡;另外一個係奶黃馬拉糕,賣相好精緻,食落好軟熟,好似食緊蛋糕咁,同樣地唔太甜,對於食飽咗嘅客人嚟講係唔錯。兩款甜品都好出色,連我唔食甜品嘅人都比個like。仲有好多其他唔同菜式想試,不過人數有限,留番下次再試。Read More
