這間小食店,基本上每個星期都會來購買!他們位置超方便,一出港鐵站就見到,所以平時都會見到好多人排隊選購!這次又買左多款食物作晚餐。臭豆腐,自從第一次食完之後就愛上,每次也會必點!他們的臭豆腐即叫即炸,每舊都好大舊!豆腐外層炸到脆卜卜,臭味都幾濃郁,淋上甜醬和豆瓣醬一齊食,味道惹味!椒鹽炸燒賣,炸燒賣也是我每次必點的小食,燒賣也是即叫即炸,炸得脆口,椒鹽味香濃!煎釀三寶,他們的三寶價錢不算很貴,款式都幾多,除了有平常時常見到的青椒、茄子、豆腐、魚蛋、紅腸等款式,他們還有炸餃子,餃子皮炸到脆卜卜,餡料豐富,好香韭菜味!油渣麵,他們的油渣麵油渣份量好多,脆卜卜,而他們的辣菜圃辣得過癮,整碗份量十足!魚肉翅,他們的碗仔翅非常足料,除了有肉絲、木耳絲外,還有平時很少在碗仔翅內見到的竹笙,食落口感豐富,加上醋一齊食味道特別惹味!而這裡的魚肉每條都好大條,份量都好多,兩溝一齊食特別惹味!紫菜魚皮餃,紫菜份量超多,入面沒有沙!魚皮餃外層煙韌,味道濃郁!燒賣魚蛋,這裡的魚蛋是陳皮魚蛋,食落彈牙,而魚肉燒賣口感不錯,加上他們的秘製辣醬,辣得過癮! continue reading

次次嚟到大圍,總係見到呢檔小食有好多街坊圍住當然啦,呢間可以話係大圍嘅landmark,有質素先開到咁多年,有大份又抵食佢地嘅魚蛋燒賣原來攞過獎㗎喎,關鍵係咖喱汁,點少少已經好刺激,魚蛋細細粒好香魚味燒賣質感好彈牙,唔會發到好腍,魚香好出見啲串燒大大串好吸引,就試吓佢地幾出名嘅豬頸肉,搽晒醬咁燒,色澤令人垂涎,肉質勁爽彈,點解可以咁好食㗎?炸大腸炸得好金黃,炸得爽身,食落冇揦鮓味,洗得好乾淨,但同時好香口臭豆腐都好堅,好臭好臭,勁大嚿放入口脆卜卜,裡面質感好香豆味兩份煎釀三寶都可以當飯食㗎,尤其是呢間,大大嚿係希原因,有啲不可思議嘅配搭,連冬菇同西蘭花都有每一嚿紅腸、茄子、青椒、豆腐、冬菇同西蘭花都有鯪魚煎餅黐住,仲要好多,打到大啲細骨同肉碎粒都冇,超犀利。餃子唔係鯪魚肉,但都好飽肚一碗韭菜豬紅,仲以為會好細碗,菜多過肉,點知豬紅豬腸爆多,食晒啲菜都未食完豬紅同豬腸,豬紅好滑唔會啜脷,冇怪味好香,豬腸洗到白𠽌𠽌,發揮到豬腸本有嘅香味,難怪街坊咁捧場啦 continue reading
