2)士多啤梨骨
呢個真係要提,好多中餐廳通常都只係用香橙🍊/香桃 🍑/西檸🍋 黎整這味骨。
呢間用strawberry 🍓, 真是特別,不過其實食落去都係d酸甜骨嘅味道。
但係創意真係抵讃。

3)蠔餅
好大隻蠔,上枱時一大底,上面有埋肉鬆,多層次,當然,因為是脆口,是有d熱氣,但是很好味!不過又係一d要多人一齊share 先食得哂

2. Again, it’s freshly fried and served hot. Things are always better when they are served fresh hot, especially fried stuff.
3. To be honest, I couldn’t really tell the taste of squid mouth. It’s like something soft and tender inside a delicious layer of batter.
4. The deep fried minced garlic added a bit of flavour and texture to the dish.
5. It’s good, but not my favourite among all the dishes we ordered.

1. We love this soup dearly, which as a nice heavy peppery flavour.
2. Clams are nice. There are plenty of them in the pot, not just empty shells served in many other restaurants, but actually with meat in them.
3. I do not eat animals’ internal organs. But from what my colleagues told me, the pork belly is really nice.
4. There is generous amount of soup in the pot, the four of us had several bowls of soup.
5. The pickled vegetables is a plus, if you are a fan of them, make sure you go for them. If you are not, just like me, it’s still good as they add flavour to the soup.

1. Dishes with fruits are always risky. It’s either super nice, or really bad. We are glad that it’s the former case this time.
2. We could actually see pieces of strawberry on the bottom of the dish underneath the ribs.
3. The ribs are quite meaty.
4. Meat are quite tender and flavoured with the sweet sauce, which has a hint of strawberry flavour.
5. Good to have it with rice. But we were a bit full and we had it on its own.

深水埗街坊成日話佢屋企附近好多好野食,攪到我鬼咁羨慕😏。好!今晚一於拉隊嚟深水埗, 先試呢間米🐷蓮推介增輝藝廚先得😋😋😋。是晚六點就食晚飯,就係預左食得太飽都有足夠時間消化先至瞓😅。我地點左胡椒豬肚浸花甲, 好濃好夠胡椒辣味;炸大腸, 夠厚但香脆,一路食一路內疚;鬼馬炸油條,油條好味,但墨魚膠有點淡;皮蛋釀花枝,係少爺話要點嘅,但我覺得同鬼馬炸油條有啲類似;砵仔焗魚腸,懷舊嘅味道😋椒鹽墨魚嘴,就係因為佢,我專登叫左支啤酒嚟送同埋金莎炒涼瓜,好金莎味,涼瓜亦係我至愛👍呢餐嘅爆血管指數絕對超過係十級🤣🤣🤣,但番書仔姨甥表示要嚟連食三日,事關今晚我地得四個人食唔到頭抽雞、椒鹽軟殼蟹同冰火脆榴槤等等等等咁話喎🤷‍♀️🙄。但我食完今餐已經要斷食三日喇,再嚟多兩次... 哩間小菜年資比較少,同隔離間老牌小菜一直都鬥到你死我活,初時我都唔睇好佢可以生存到,點知經營到今時今日,最初幫襯過一次覺得好差冇鑊氣,但相隔咁多年決定再試一次,今次的確有驚喜,好似脫胎換骨一樣,可以拍得住老牌小菜果間。

香港人好難日日食西餐,食日本菜韓國菜,始終食粵菜最啱胃口,特別鐘意食大排檔。不過好食嘅大排檔真係越來越少。幫襯左增煇好多年,最近食左好多間以後出名嘅大排檔都保持唔到水準,真係食到嬲嬲地,琴晚去食增煇,終於食到一間保持到水準,即刻心情大好,一於送你一篇食評,鼓勵下最好食都係螄蚶,出面好少有得食,有都冇咁新鮮鳳尾蝦卷都好好食,好香脆,送酒一流梅菜蒸菜心苗,菜心苗吸左梅菜的甜味,好開胃,即刻想叫幾碗飯。炸大腸又係每枱必叫希望下次去都繼續保持到水準啦!

香港人好難日日食西餐,食日本菜韓國菜,
始終食粵菜最啱胃口,特別鐘意食大排檔。
不過好食嘅大排檔真係越來越少。
