呢間餃子店一早已經收藏左,難得男友出嚟西九龍,晚餐主食特登食少D,就為左留番少少肚嚟試餃子😏。店內除左多人點餃子外,粥品都有唔少人柯打。我自己係衝著餃子嚟嘅,所以點左個淨白菜豬肉雲吞,在場多數食客都點西洋菜餃,我都唔執輸,買左盒生餃番屋企第二日煮嚟食🙊😌。白菜豬肉雲吞 $31/8隻個雲吞皮有別於傳統嘅梘水皮,比較似餃子皮多D。皮好薄、好滑、好輕盈,餡料唔算飽滿,多菜少肉,第一次食白菜餃可以食到咁濃菜香!!😯魚湯好淡好水,少許胡椒味,唔飲唔會可惜。蝦米腸 $15我地無睇清楚原來係蒸蝦米腸😂,腸粉好滑,蝦米都有唔少。西洋菜生餃 $28/打原來多人點佢係有原因,真係好驚艷!!🙉 同堂食雲吞一樣,餃皮薄、又滑,餡料多菜少肉外,西洋菜非常香濃,而且好爽脆!!🤤 唔好以為菜多就無肉味,由於肥膏比例比瘦肉多,所以依然食得出豬油香🙊。餃子SIZE唔大粒,我可以一口一粒。 continue reading

這次去試一家平民餃子店店內空間感大,但是一張張大的圓桌,需要和其他食客拼桌魚湯西洋菜餃+韭菜餃 $31是媽媽的味道啊!皮很薄,餡料足西洋菜餃很爽脆又有幾分肉味湯底用上魚湯,加分!滑雞粥 $37粥底還算綿滑,雞也嫩,不過就很多粥店也做到這個效果所以沒特別😂這家店的餃子性價比很高,喜歡吃餃子的朋友還可以買現成的回家煮呢😂 continue reading

係深水埗覓食咁多年,圓方餃子就好似隱藏於密密麻麻嘅大排檔之中,一定要循住某個方向仔細一搵,先搵到精簡嘅店面。入到去自己搵位坐,見到幾位姐姐已經好努力地包緊新鮮嘅餃子,廚房亦都馬不停蹄咁煮餃、煎野。差不多每次黎都係叫魚湯西洋菜餃(走青)($31/8隻好抵食!),真係食唔厭架!佢係我食過好多間餃子店,皮好透薄,又滑身,唔會好厚皮;肉餡好扎實,混埋西洋菜好鮮味,而且菜洗得算乾淨,唔會食到有沙。魚湯本身都好夠鮮味,唔會話太腥,通常都會飲一半。另外之前食過煎韮菜餃,味道都好出眾,煎得又夠脆。 continue reading
