經過親粉嶺聯和墟就會行黎呢間腸粉店幫襯一下,價錢加咗,不過都仲係好平,好似我呢碟腸粉加唔辣魚蛋再加燒賣,先至係$18。不過食落去總係覺得無以前咁好食,究竟係我錯覺定係真係無以前咁好食呢?睇Openrice又唔覺有人話差咗。 continue reading

踏入喧嚷的街道,阿嬸炒起滔滔腸粉的香煙,我已經等唔切嚟一試。今次就試佢個招牌腸粉,皮薄透光,入口即化,真係幾正!👍腸粉嘅咸香醬汁恰到好處,黐笠笠嘅忌廉一啖啖,仲帶少少甜,啖啖都係滋味!燒賣呢,彈牙得黎唔會太韌,配上甘甜豉油醬,叫我點捨得放喺碟邊?! 🥢 魚蛋又辣又彈,每一口都夠晒味,真係過癮到不得了!像我鍾意重口味嘅朋友,千祈唔好錯過!最後我仲啖咗啖呢啲唔算細份嘅粉果,外皮軟糯,包裹住嗰股墨魚香味,仲要呢,每一啖都食得出濃濃嘅海鮮鮮味,食一粒仲唔夠,真係會想一籠籠咁食。响呢間街頭嘅小店食一頓,食貨嘅心都暖笠笠。記住唔好只顧住影相,食物夾硬嘅時候就係最正嘅時刻喇! 📸 continue reading

小學時期媽媽好鐘意帶我去食腸粉先去返學,以前屋企樓下有車仔檔,叔叔一見到我同媽媽就會知道我們要腸粉加燒買今日出開粉嶺,知道有一間立足20多年的良心店鋪,即係諗都冇諗衝去試,一來到見到長長的人龍,心諗一定唔會差今日我點了腸粉+魚蛋+燒買腸粉夠熱又夠煙韌,切出嚟嘅長度剛剛好,好夠滑再配埋燒買同魚蛋,簡直絶配普通嘅食物,令佢昇華就係佢隻醬汁,老闆一點也不吝嗇,所有醬汁都會超級多(如果唔食辣記得走辣)雖然不是什麼名貴食物,但帶點思念同媽媽的一點一滴,真的想念小時候的所有事情,多謝媽媽介紹腸粉呢種食物給我 continue reading

又是老婆以前工作時的回憶小店, 這家在粉嶺開了二十多年的小食店, 無論任何時間都維持着一條長長的人龍, 等候着它的蒸類小食, 並不是什麼驚為天人的菜式, 就是從前小時候一定接觸過的小食: 腸粉, 燒賣, 牛肉球, 粉果……首先有穩定的人流, 就不會難食到那裏, 因為店家會不斷製造新的小食, 做完即蒸即點即食, 夠熱燙又怎會難吃呢!由四五元四條, 現在變成八元四條, 又是通貨膨脹的結果, 和另一腸粉名店合益泰比較, 米奇香差不多, 口感更加順滑但豉油少了鹹香, 整體來說不錯. 其他小食最深刻的是墨魚丸和陳皮魚蛋, 前幾者有墨魚粒的口感, 後者有陳皮甘香, 真的可說名副其實. 無論如何, 滿足老婆的回憶味道, 這比當中的美食更重要.My wife has tried the rice roll of this shop at Fanling when she worked many years ago there. The cost has increased a lot but luckily the flavour and texture are dull as good as before. Other dishes such as fish ball and beef ball are also recommended. continue reading
