入粉嶺一定要去聯和墟食下嘢,入聯和墟就一定要搵四眼仔食佢d小食,雖然以小弟愚見,佢d腸粉燒賣豬皮魚蛋牛肉球估計應該都唔係自家出品(如我有錯歡迎指證),不過唔知道因爲乜嘢原因,佢嘅出品就真係好食d,總之就係食咗先講啦!首先想講一講嘅,就係佢嘅腸粉,夠滑,唔會黐埋一舊,食落去可以分到一層一層嘅感覺;第二樣要講嘅就係佢嘅魚蛋,佢賣嘅係細細粒嘅陳皮魚蛋,亦都係我最喜歡嘅魚蛋類別,有少少魚味唔會成舊都係粉,你懂的;跟住就輪到豬皮,一個字,「爽」,仲要吸晒腸粉嗰啲甜醬麻醬,你唔係話唔和味;接住落黎就到燒賣同牛肉球,我嘅評語係「不要浪費quota」。 continue reading

四眼仔腸粉係北區早負盛名,出名物美價廉又好食😋不過環境一般,沒有位置可坐,只能站著吃完或外賣打包。.🤩腸粉配魚蛋燒賣🤩.腸粉去貨速度快,沒有出現變硬情況。整條腸粉帶油香,滑溜柔軟,不失咬口,底紙塗油非常好,腸粉沒有出現一舊舊痴埋一齊既情況。腸粉沾滿甜醬麻醬配著吃,簡單幸褔。.另外還叫了魚蛋燒賣,魚蛋是我喜歡的陳皮魚蛋,細細粒,咬感較實,帶少少陳皮香味。燒賣口感,不算出眾,但不像其他店鋪的燒賣食到陣陣粉味及冷藏味。 continue reading

成日都聽到人講粉嶺聯和墟既四眼仔腸粉一定要試,今日經過呢邊探朋友,就過黎食腸粉魚蛋燒賣當午餐!初嘗四眼仔!下午時份門口已經排住一條六,七個人嘅隊!小店賣嘅野一個牌睇晒,價錢超平,三蚊起跳!腸粉幾滑溜,魚蛋同燒賣都唔錯,另外仲有豬皮粉果牛肉可以叫,全部都只係$3!端上時花生醬味濃郁香口,加多一點芝麻粒都是我喜歡的食法,自家製的豉油都變得低調。如果佢開喺我住個區,應該會成日幫襯。總結是,值得推介!💁 continue reading

四眼仔應該算係聯和墟最出名既小店,每次黎都係必食。長期都排隊,但最好食既係佢既魚蛋,好有咬口,佢set腸粉$7四條,加埋魚蛋加燒賣各一份,份量剛剛好。有低消$7陳皮魚蛋,$4有7粒,叫夠$8 差唔多等如平時食三串,搭埋甜醬同芝麻真係好香又好煙un 。 continue reading
