今日同朋友仔食四季椰林海南椰子雞, 之前都覺得椰子雞好食☺️一入去鋪頭新裝修,而且店員好熱情介紹,我地叫左半隻原味海南雞,叫左啲配菜,鮮活水培菜,丸類雙拼、火山肥牛、響玲同午餐肉😊另外仲叫左個臘味煲仔飯🥰個椰子雞由店員幫我地安排計時,叫我地個陣就食得啦,雞係用上海南文昌雞,5分鐘岩岩好好滑,湯底係由4個椰子做成一鍋湯, 不加一滴水,我地即刻一人飲左兩碗湯先,好清好好飲☺️啲雞都好嫩🥰個鮮活水培菜好得意😎自己採既生菜自己食,感覺好新鮮好玩,而且加埋上湯底好鮮甜😊潮汕丸類雙拼係牛丸同魚蛋,牛丸好彈牙😊魚多都好味。火山肥牛肥瘦適中,而且擺盤好靚,兩個心好快食晒😊響玲淥3秒,岩岩好,仲有個午餐肉都係打邊爐必食☺️我哋仲叫咗個臘味煲仔飯,呢個好香,同埋好鍾意食佢嗰啲飯焦脆卜卜好好食,整得啱啱好,入面有臘腸同香菇,中煲可以裝到5碗左右,哩個我覺得必叫😊成個食後感好好👍餐廳新裝修員工好熱情,而且食物質素好高😊下次會再encore continue reading

終於唔使返大陸食係香港都可以食到,四季椰林海南椰子雞火鍋終於開分店,地點非常方便唔使再北上啦。出哂名不加一滴水四個椰子做一個湯鍋諗起都流口水,座位大部份卡位坐非常舒適,價錢大眾化,店員十分細心建議先飲湯後食雞。海南文昌雞半隻文昌雞走地雞,雪白雞肉,肉質彈牙順滑超嫩,先飲湯後加雞,雞肉烚至剛剛熟即刻食口感一流。椰子湯底湯底係靈魂之作,四個椰子不加一滴水,哇哇哇好鮮甜,不知不覺飲咗幾碗先開始開餐,飲湯都已經飲到飽。潮汕牛筋丸,魚丸雙拼魚丸彈牙,牛筋丸好香中間有肉汁流出來火山肥牛肥瘦適中,唔錯,牛肉味濃,打邊爐必叫鮮活水培菜自家種植培菜(生菜),我都係第一次試又可以玩吓,一邊擇菜一邊淥菜,生菜口感爽脆幾得意。午餐肉看似簡單嘅午餐肉,一落湯就變得非同凡響。炸腐竹腐竹吸湯一流,等於一邊飲湯,一邊食豆皮,豆皮有豆香只刷2秒剛剛好。招牌臘味煲仔飯熱辣辣香噴噴原個煲仔上,店員會灑上蔥花芫荽豉油。趁煲仔熱辣辣嘅時候不斷翻炒,蔥花芫荽即時發揮作用,臘味油香再加上飯焦好惹味,每個人都有三碗份量。今次體驗唔錯,環境舒服食物有水準。 continue reading

路過呢間四季椰林,突然好想食椰子雞,已經等唔到禮拜六返大陸食啦,我要入去食咗先🤣估唔到係香港都可以隨時食到正宗嘅椰子雞 😍呢間店係內地已經有超過70家分店,每鍋湯都用咗整整4個椰子,冇加一滴水㗎,可想而知幾咁鮮甜,食雞前記得飲啖湯先,我就飲咗兩碗😍 二人餐好豐富,除咗半隻正宗嘅海南文昌雞,仲有雙拼丸、貴州紅托竹笙、響鈴、娃娃菜,仲有我最鍾意嘅金牌臘味煲仔飯😍佢嘅料食得出係靚料,尤其係竹笙,真係好好味,牛肉丸都係,牛味十足又彈牙👍🏻最正係煲仔飯有飯焦,香到不得了,一人至少食兩碗啦🤣  continue reading
