放假和朋友去油麻地果欄買生果,買完朋友同我去咗附近食飯,喜鳳冰室是一間港式茶餐廳,地不算大但整潔乾淨。去骨海南雞飯,雞嘅份量都好多,蓋滿整碟飯,雞已去骨入口啖啖肉,肉質口感扎實,雞皮爽口,油飯好夠味,粒粒分明,口感Q又帶上多層次的香氣。皇牌鴛鴦飯,鴛鴦即是叉燒和蝦仁,雞蛋炒至7、8成熟,入口嫩滑。叉燒大大塊厚切,肥瘦得宜卻唔會油膩,蝦仁爽口,再配秘製甜豉油撈飯食確係一流。話梅七:大大杯七喜加埋話梅,配搭新鮮,味道酸酸甜甜。紅豆冰:紅豆林甜而且份量十足,足足有半杯,加上啖奶味道更香濃甜美。勁蔥厚豬扒飯,豬扒係厚切帶有肥邊,入口有嚼勁之餘,富有油脂香味! 即使經過油炸都唔會太過油膩,仍然能夠保持肉質鬆嫩多汁,配搭滿滿的蔥香,實在令人回味!星洲炒米帶點咖喱香味,味道香濃,材料豐富,有蝦仁有叉燒,十分好味道。
