入嚟馬鞍山交收,女友推介行吓呢個商場,今次醒,食小小,可以分開試多一二開食肆,首先見到呢間~喜牛蘭州牛肉麵。十一點五十入場~包場,食嘢最驚係咁,真心怕有「伏」,叫咗~喜牛牛肉麵,三細(麵嘅粗度) 涼拌木耳 檸檬無骨鳳爪 鴨屎香檸檬茶先嚟二個小食~涼拌木耳,唔係一般有乜辣乜辣味,叫個係無味嘅,真係~涼~拌木耳(原味)。檸檬無骨鳳爪,呢個睇到都覺得味道會複雜啲,甜、小酸,唔辣,個味有啲特別,唔係平時我認知或者大家食開嘅味道~可以接受,但唔讀得上好好食。拉麵~一定係試啖湯先~失望,係有小小牛骨湯味,唔夠濃厚,個人覺得失色,牛𦟌~正常味道,加分位係大量嘅葱喺碗邊,同埋個麵真心拉得不錯,彈牙。我真係見識小,呢個粗度叫~三細。同埋最唔鍾意喺堂食,用咁多『紙品』嘢,外賣無得揀無辦法,堂食用呢啲真係覺得好唔尊重,其次至講唔環保!埋單當一人前$126回頭度3/10除咗麵質,其他真係無乜特別,香港人真係習慣晒,主食加嘢飲,依家普通都係加十元八塊,但呢度一杯普通嘅所謂鴨屎檸檬茶都$30~無套餐(當然係咪因為今日星期六冇,我唔知),所以真係欠吸引力。 continue reading

舊位上手是日菜, 沿用佢裝修, 變成喜牛蘭州牛肉麵。 都好呀, 起碼唔會浪費裝修, 減輕成本。招牌一人豪華套餐 $88招牌牛肉麵牛肉超薄片。泡椒蘿蔔 + 涼拌青瓜 +鹽焗手撕雞似醋浸蘿蔔, 都爽, 唔夠味, 青瓜鹽水浸? 手撕雞都滑, 但唔夠味唔夠香。汽水麵類麵有毛細, 細麵, 二細, 三細, 蕎麥,寛面, 大寛,韮葉。小辣都一大更辣油酬賓套裝牛肚刀削麵 $68+$8刀削麵 . 質地ok牛肚偏硬, 唔入味, 好一般滷蛋,冇味, 偏硬涼拌貢菜。 色澤唔靚, 又酸酸味, 唔敢食。總評。環境。 沿用上手台裝修。 ok服務。 初開業, 店面都有5-6個員工, ok食物。 味道好一般, 唔會話好好食, 又唔會話唔好食。 continue reading

看到馬鞍山開了蘭州拉麵店,帶着充分的期待光顧。舖頭宣傳工作十足,標榜使用原牛骨湯、無限續面、免服務費;可惜雷聲大雨點小,兩碗麵上菜立即見真面目。所謂的使用「原牛骨湯」,實際上是米白色鹽水,除了淡淡咸味,就沒有其他味道。說實話,店舖的食物賣相還是可以的,他們的宣傳及環境也是不錯。但經營麵店最重要及最基本的是湯頭的味道,可惜這店連最基本的都沒有努力做好。這種淡而無味的味道,真不知如何形容才好。已為大家試伏,千萬別去。 continue reading
