今日接完個仔返童軍加上外母隨行,搵間中菜晚飯自是不二嘅選擇,難得發現喺銅鑼灣嘅邊垂都有間咁企理嘅中菜館,就過嚟試下。椒鹽脆皮豆腐,豆腐份量甚豐,外脆內軟,豆味香濃,炸得夠脆,只係簡單以少少淮鹽同埋喼汁調味已經相當好食。百合蜜豆炒淮山,切成條狀嘅淮山經過走油處理,有夠誠意,同清新嘅百合蜜豆相當之夾。石岐燒乳鴿,皮脆肉嫩,鴿肉保時住應有嘅肉汁,相當出色。砂鍋啫啫文昌雞,啫啫雞一擺上枱香氣撲鼻,大蒜、蔥頭、香蔥加上紅椒同滑雞嘅味道充分融和,非常惹味。

薑蔥海參豚肉煲處理得好不入味,海參不會讓人嚼起來有糊糊爛爛的嚼感,嚼下時還帶點彈力,而咬嚼時卻是柔軟的。豚肉富彈勁不柴硬,而肉鮮也不會完全被薑蔥醬汁蓋過去,保留了肉味,又多了薑蔥的香氣。
