Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有返工無收工,返到舖頭要做、返到屋企繼續做,做那到狂燥好想發脾氣,黃昏一定要黎碗靚湯降降火﹗天黑前急急食個早餐飲碗真材實料解毒湯。炸雞膇,即叫即炸要耐心等候,新鮮熱辣出場﹗燙著嘴仔,外層脆脆,有淮鹽味道,雞肉嫩嫩炸得出色﹗要添食要添食。清血解毒湯,甘中帶甜,真材實料永無甩拖,熱熱灌入肚仔,熱力渾行全身暖笠笠,只得一碗唔夠喉,回味再回味。清補涼排骨湯,無得輸的住家湯,肉甜藥材香,清新和味。繁花湯,陣陣菊花味道較突出,其他花種只有涼涼的味道。魚香茄子豉油皇炒麵,魚香茄子非一般的烹調,極香麻油味,食落滿口油,無咸魚無肉鬆無辣都仲係魚香茄子嗎?茄子結實脆身,茄皮帶韌,輕輕走油再兜個汁,只食到茄子原味,不太懂得欣賞。嘗試跟充滿芽菜草腥味的炒麵結合,不單止沒有幫助,反而使到情況更惡劣。滷水豬蹄,每次都以為係整隻蹄上枱,原來一早起左肉了。點解似燻蹄皮呢?翻叮膠彈帶滷水香甜,食得過。枝竹炆蝴蝶腩,不腥不嗅,豆香滲入蝴蝶腩中,彈牙質地噴出肉汁,如果配上泰式史拉差辣椒醬會更有風味更加美麗。腐竹味太強跟肉類味道不太夾的呢,不過如像羊腩煲的濃湯濃汁就不同了,腐竹味幾乎完全被掩蓋。辣椒油,香辣兼備,除可以撈粉麵外,撈飯同樣一流開胃可口。上湯伊麵,絕對美味的存在﹗嚥韌香甜長長的麵條配上奪魂回味清湯底。辣椒油上湯伊麵,本身清清淡淡不加調味已滿分,加埋靈魂伴侶辣椒油,吸啜得十分狂野不能自拔﹗蝦子豬皮蘿蔔湯,濃稠湯底非常好,不幸地蘿蔔硬削不爽甜,反而豬皮爽脆彈彈吸湯夠出色。蝦子豬皮蘿蔔湯伊麵,蘿蔔豬皮真的有點悶,即刻搵辣椒油上湯伊麵幫幫手,食味及氣氛都提升許多了﹗麻婆豆腐,花椒油麻婆豆腐大愛﹗最鐘意有花椒的麻婆豆腐,辣辣麻麻食慾大增,搭埋肉碎及滑滑豆腐,吞兩三碗飯唔少得。高湯手打烏冬,色香味泊得住上湯伊麵,超美味﹗米香飄飄而彈牙的烏冬,被燙嘴濃湯襯托著。大口大口連湯帶烏冬倒落肚,食得痛快﹗麻婆豆腐高湯手打烏冬,兩者融合進化成花椒油麻婆豆腐高湯手打烏冬,她媽的色香味!麻辣味的烏冬一絕,整碗拿起全部一齊掃到嘴裡去,百味交進,非筆墨可以形容。蜆蚧鯪魚球,炸得乾爽香氣撲鼻,脆脆無比的外層,陣陣鯪魚味道,外脆內軟滑。蜆蚧才是精髓才是靈魂所在﹗水汪汪的帶點點咸鮮,最緊要跟蜆肉一齊嘆,美味無比﹗古法蒸鯇魚腩,久候多時一等再等,廿分鐘熱騰騰登陸。幾條冬菇絲搭著冬菜蓉,有種獨特而誘人的味道及氣味。嫩彈魚腩肉,滑滑多汁鮮味強烈,拆肉淋上魚汁豉油撈飯,不得了﹗其實半碗飯已十分足夠,大大啖魚腩配少少白飯,淋上魚汁豉油還有冬菜冬菇點綴,夾雜飯香滋味無窮拍爛手掌﹗梅菜蒸鯇魚腩,古法蒸較美味豐富,淨冬菜有點寡,好彩魚腩肥美啖啖肉,魚汁立立令。辣椒菜芯炒牛肉,事頭婆大大力推介餐牌外的辣椒菜芯炒牛肉,好好好就試試﹗菜芯甜味一般般,微爽微汁微老。牛肉醃味濃濁,豉油味太重,沒太鬆肉食得到質感。辣椒牛肉菜芯齊齊撈香飯互相掩護互補不足,估唔到十分好送飯喎﹗原來係醃過的辣椒,鹽味突出, 撞得味道蠻不錯。爽滑鯇魚皮,似乎魚滑粥粉麵及陳漢記處理得更加出色更和味﹗大量蔥絲薑絲紅椒麻油豉油撈成,食既時候當然要夾著薑蓉蔥花滾埋豉油才食到真髓。爽脆皮拖著麻油豉油捲著薑蔥齊齊趙,調味有少許單調,死氣沉沉靜蠅蠅。生菜鯪魚球,無蔥真好,我一食蔥就反胃的啊﹗豉油湯底浸著嫩爽甜鮮生菜,還有大大粒結實起膠鯪魚球,落味恰到好處,鮮味突出。滷蛋伴上湯菜芯,嫩綠菜芯不老無渣粗幼皆甜無青味,還有甘香滷水蛋助攻,拼埋滾燙豉油湯清清地夠舒服。和暢家常翅,必須預訂的家常翅,足足有 4 兩。原來係翅湯不是翅羹,爽爽翅針帶著翅群連肉,膠黏柔軟。和暢家常翅撈飯,來個魚翅撈飯食其氣勢及感覺,齋送飯有點乾。和暢家常翅湯飯,清淡湯汁充滿翅味,撈飯非常舒服。 continue reading

我推薦比回港探親的家人,特意去幫襯。預定的蒸泥鯭蒸得過了火,其實蒸細魚很簡單,如果做得比在家裡煮的差,就不專業了!連最拿手嘅上湯伊面都失水準,平時好食到呢我要吃兩碗!面質煮到剛剛帶煙靭口感有少少嚼頭,吸收了美味上湯精華,嘩啦啦但嗰晚啲伊面淋晒!啲清湯牛蔔腩仲差,生平第一次食啲咁細件嘅牛腩!但籮蔔就好入味。椒鹽鮮魷啲鮮魷又係小巧、薄到呢連炸粉漿都厚過主料!又咸到呢食唔到剩返晒响個碟度。當店員提議帶走,然後知道原因時,仲話下次叫佢哋唔好落椒鹽!咁即係辣子雞丁走辣子啲friend ? 是本末倒置嗎?家人很失望,我就跌晒眼鏡 continue reading

1.自己屬於初嚟報到嘅半個大埔街坊,仲發掘緊有邊幾間家常小店可以長期幫襯。路過見到呢間和暢金廚舖仔細細,餐牌上面嘅食物都幾啱Feel,就試吓2.今次係第二次幫襯,一坐低,嗌個湯先。$20兩碗,蓮藕粉葛豆豆豆豆湯,無味精但好夠味,好飲到食完飯嗌多次再飲先夠喉3.當晚蒸魚嘅選擇有斑有深水泥鯭,我哋就嗌咗金絲𩶘($90/2條)。魚蒸得啱啱好,肉質嫩滑;蒸魚嘅精髓熟油蔥豉油夠晒香,撈飯食100分4.錦鹵雲吞唔係大大舊嗰款雲吞,係一塊雲吞皮包細細粒餡嗰種,炸得酥脆,唔會話攤凍咗再炸吸晒油嗰種,一碟10塊,身邊人怕熱氣只食咗一塊,我生吞9塊都無話好膩,仲食得落其他嘢5.鹹雞例牌好食,身邊人嗌多碗白粥直接變雞粥(BTW白粥有瑤柱,小癲)6.兩次都將冰鎮芥菜膽錯誤睇做冰鎮芥蘭(應該係潛意識問題),麻油香加Wasabi,味道其實都幾開胃7.總括嚟講,好食好抵食8.回頭指數:🌝🌝🌝🌝🌝 continue reading

行咗入小店,捧著碗爽口滑蛋牛肉飯,正!牛肉塊塊嫩滑,蛋黃流黃咁淋哂落飯上面,呢一刻真係令人食指大動。嗰滑蛋滋味,完美咁包裹住每一片牛肉,真係食落口感smooth到犀利!👌點播嘅蒜蓉蒸蟶子,每粒都肥美鮮甜,辣椒同蒜頭嘅香味就噴香四溢,食落去真係爽口開胃到爆炸!蟶子之鮮嫩啲汁仔亦都唔浪費,撈麵撈飯都得!😋最後黎個芝士焗蟹蓋,平時食芝士焗嘢都驚膩,但呢到嘅芝士焗得啱啱好,個蟹蓋滿滿蟹肉,超滿足!芝士伴埋蟹肉,係咁回味無窮,想返嚟食落都覺得正!🦀店員服務都好貼心,照顧得好周到,食得愉快,下次再黎試多啲嘢! continue reading

見咁多like,所以黎左試下,見到仲有最後一張枱,一開門個職員就咆哮問有冇訂位,嚇到姪一姪咁話冇訂,之後就指一指叫我地坐,所以唔知咆哮啲乜。.望完餐牌嗌職員幫手落單,佢就企係遠遠既收銀機到嗌過嚟問我地食乜,搞到我地又要大嗌返過去😓唔知係咩操作!問佢例牌雞大概咩份量,佢話夠晒兩個人食,所以嗌一份例牌雞加個餸(唔係價錢問題,而係佢話夠食所以先嗌例牌雞)佢覆單個陣嗌左兩份例牌雞,咪同佢講我要一份,佢就應 得架啦得架啦!知架啦知架啦!成個過程不斷咁來回大嗌,都放棄同佢拗啦🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️.係等啲餸黎既時間,本身環境狹窄,加埋其他客人係到傾計,再加上呢個職員就不斷同 唔同既客人大嗌,令到成個環境更加嘈,只係好想啲餸快啲上齊快啲食完走。.等左一陣上左碟例牌雞,個份量係完全唔夠兩個人食既,隻雞唔知營養不良定咩事,係勁少肉🫠女仔一個人食都唔夠飽,仲點好意思講兩個人夠晒食?你個胃係鳥胃嗎?.食食下出邊有訂枱既客人黎左,但又冇枱比人,仲叫人等返轉頭,成件事安排得極混亂,好彩今晚我唔係訂枱個位客人。.然後就係隔離枱食到一半加單,10分鐘都冇就問人啲餸上齊未?加單個個餸仲要唔要?聽完大家都打左個凸隔離枱即刻話緊係要啦!.總之成間餐廳好嘈好混亂,唔會再去食,食完行左去對面睇野,隔住條馬路都聽到呢個職員開門同等緊位既客人講野😑😑😑價錢黎講係抵食既,但環境真係好唔掂。 continue reading
