To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 抵食居酒屋約左班朋友係太子酒吧街飲野,飲前近近地去左呢間居酒屋食野。呢間和居酒屋外面睇感覺好日式,入面暗暗地,比人一種好舒適嘅感覺,裝修別致,座位都坐得闊落。我地叫了泡菜豚肉鍋,四色魚生丼餐,包了,味增湯同埋炸雞軟骨小食,豬軟骨拉麵餐,包了味增湯同埋三文魚刺身,同埋軟腳蟹天婦羅。泡菜豚肉鍋好多料,好大份,一大盤蔬菜底上鋪一疊豚肉,泡菜另外分開裝,想湯辣d就落多d,吾會太辣而搶晒味。豚肉吾錯,半肥瘦,好咬口,仲有菜、金菇、芋絲、豆腐⋯⋯四色魚生丼餐碗飯都大,有四款刺身,甜蝦,三文魚,帶子同油甘魚,刺身都大件,就咁睇外型已覺夠晒新鮮。刺身質量都幾好,好食。豬軟骨拉麵拉麵既餸多,有溫泉蛋,日本筍,同豬軟骨都成5-6舊,同埋入味,連住筋,又易咬,整得幾好。小食係雞軟骨,份量唔少,一個兜仔,脆脆有嚼口。三塊三文魚刺身,厚切,夠肥美。軟腳蟹天婦羅至愛,炸得外皮剛好小小脆,入面仲食到蟹肉,仲有膏既,$78only!好抵食,下次經過可返兜! continue reading

上星期在太子找到了一間優質又合理價錢的居酒屋,餐廳名為「和居酒居」,位置在太子花園街,交通十分方便。餐廳座位不算多,到了7點已經全餐廳滿座。先來一個【刺身六點】刺身有三文魚、赤身、鯛魚、八瓜魚、帶子及甜蝦每件刺身份量十足,味道鮮甜,我個人喜歡三文魚同甜蝦,三文魚啖啖魚油脂充滿在我口腔內,而甜蝦就好creamy 。【韓國馬糞海膽軍腩】海膽帶微鹹,也帶點creamy ,紫菜太重味有點點搶了海膽的味道,但整體上也可接受。【牛油果天婦羅蟹卷】都不能錯過,軟殼蟹炸得不會太油膩,配上牛油果令口感豐富。【蟹籽沙律】超大份,青瓜絲新鮮,加上滿瀉的蟹籽,超fresh!來到串燒【黑豚五花腩】香濃豚肉味,肉質有點乾,但肥瘦分明,入口充斥著滿口油脂。【手羽】一串有兩隻,味道不錯,合格。重點推介【豚肉蘋果】必吃之選,我全餐最愛之食品,豚肉燒得可口,加上富士山蘋果的天然果甜混合,口感腍中帶爽,十分滋味。想吃一定是趁早order,因為每日限量發售,本想再追加但可惜已sold out。【豚肉露荀卷】豚肉夠香,露荀鮮甜,在卷物上加了少許黑椒,使肉味更提升。 continue reading

太子旺角都有不少美食,但日式和食又有幾多間?今日來到和居酒屋,嚐嚐他們的味道。裝修甚具傳統居酒屋風格,店內有令人亮眼的日本酒牆,放置了多款日本酒,極具氣派。另一邊掛滿了紙傘,紙傘中更畫滿了日式彩畫,滿滿的心思。坐位與坐間有一定距離,坐得相當舒適。晚市提供定食可供選擇,叫得套餐點都會抵d。海膽魚籽香蔥拖羅蓉丼 套餐均配味噌湯、小食,淨睇賣相都攞哂分。魚籽粒粒飽滿,入口輕咬即有爆醬的感覺,相當澎湃。海膽新鮮飽滿,味道濃厚。掃羅魚蓉滿滿的,味道甘香無比,而且口感軟滑,油脂濃香。小食 - 雞軟骨雞軟骨炸得剛剛好,而且粒粒有肉有軟骨,香脆又惹味。串燒一本牛舌芯非常厚身,口感彈牙且爽口。手羽肉質嫩滑,更為客人把雞翼反開,方便進食。雞腎爽彈牙而不靭,充滿著燒烤的香氣。甜薯仔入口鬆軟,甜味十足。焦糖燒菠蘿來到時已聞到其香氣四溢,咬落香甜多汁,真是一試難忘。 continue reading

路過望到個門面己經感覺好有日式居酒屋既風格入到去環境裝修好靚☺️餐牌上面嘅食物款式都幾多、吾想諗之際點左個二人前A餐感覺好抵食有沙律前菜,刺身壽司仲有燒物、野菜天婦羅、烏冬蟹籽沙律分量多刺身三點:三文魚、赤身、鯛魚刺身夠新鮮炸天婦羅外面果層炸粉好薄,趁熱食冇影到相😝串燒上面有啲木魚雞軟骨炸得超香脆鹽燒雞翼加埋檸檬汁非常滋味鹽燒牛舌厚切得來中間嘅肉汁好juicy 保留着啲牛肉汁喺入面👍🏻日式年糕 甜品聞落好香煎米餅既香味入口煙煙韌韌牛油果天婦羅蟹卷烏冬兩人人均二百零但食物質素讓人高舉拇指下次再約多屋企人黎 continue reading

12月31日,一年最尾一日,中午決定同同事去食餐好既。一行三人特登坐地鐵去太子搵食。朋友介紹過太子一間日本餐廳,決定去試一試。平日要排隊的,今日可能是假期將至,不用排隊便入座。餐廳極具日式居酒屋風格,燈光柔和,坐得很舒適最後點了個牛肉碢定食,個碢有好多菜,粉絲,冬菇和主角- 牛定食包了面鼓湯,中華沙律,沙律菜及一杯餐飲。牛肉碢熱騰騰,用菜新鮮,牛肉嫰口,大大份成個餐都係70蚊左右。食完有種飽足感覺,推介! continue reading
