To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. OpenRice 訂座享有「全單九折」優惠,於是一試。一心想食魚生飯,所以揀日本餐。最弔詭係 魚生飯沒有散叫的選擇,只能點晚市定食套餐,於是我點了兩個魚生飯定食,服務員話不能再享有9折優惠...fine, 店主可能覺得晚市套餐已經很優惠(自覺)又或者 9折好勁...(自覺)咁我接受既,咁咪無9折囉⋯⋯總之我想食魚生飯..我繼續幫襯散叫餐牌上其它小吃、串燒、等等....服務員竟然話:叫左晚市定食,全部消費都不可可以再享有9折...下?!即係點啊?散叫又唔得、叫套餐又唔得,即係呢個「9折」好鬼矜貴⋯⋯做食客既唔夠你地玩。弔詭 離譜 取巧,去咁多間餐廳,最取巧都係你地啦!!市道雖差,都不及你地營銷手法差! continue reading

不知幾時先可以再去日本,唯有找一間日本餐廳以解思鄉之情我們點了二人前:前三道菜忘了拍照😅,分別是牛油果沙律、刺身四點、壽司六件。牛油果沙律挺讚!刺身或壽司方面,油甘魚挺新鮮,但三文魚則一般般吧!另一道則是牛扒山葵燒,好期待這道菜,果然沒有令我們失望,牛扒燒得剛剛好,份量一點也不少!另一道重點就是天婦羅,十分推介,炸得鬆化之餘一點也不油膩另一道主菜就是三文魚明太子露荀炒飯,由於太飽了,只吃了幾口,不過不失,炒得稍微一點乾身另外還有麵豉湯和甜品,想不到甜品是紅豆年糕😅,還以為是布甸或綠茶雪糕呢😂 continue reading

今天中午去吃了日式料理,$68 滑蛋豬排飯。味道很好,又送沙拉,味增湯和飲料,十分不錯。只是,它的分量實在是太大了,光是米飯我估算就有2.5碗普通白飯。我朋友叫了$88 親子定食。作為一個食量大的男生,他竟然也剩了半碗飯,可見東西真的太多了。而且,每一個人都至少要叫一個餐,所以我們都剩不少食物,很浪費。我其實在附近上班,但幾乎很少去,原因就是因為每個人都要叫一樣,份量大吃不玩,這樣就覺得很貴,不值得。我有兩個建議給店家。第一,不要限制每人一定要一個餐。第二,推出輕食版食物。我相信,只要你們把食物分量減半,我一定吃得完。你有賣$40半份滑蛋豬排飯的話,我一定常來。 continue reading
