今日想食羊腩煲,經朋友介紹話呢度啲羊腩好食,我哋就要試吓啦!呢度係冇堂食,只得外賣,我哋18:30嚟到已經賣晒第一輪,職員叫我哋19:30再嚟,我哋買完再到朋友屋企食。羊腩煲有分幾個價錢$88 例牌(1人份量),相中$388(3-4人份量)仲有$688、$888要早兩日訂,因為職員話呢兩個價錢係用新鮮羊肉,全部係腩部位。我哋就買咗一個$388 嚟食。佢哋包裝得好好,好密實,還有個保暖袋保溫。雖然平價係用雪藏羊肉,但都炆得好腍好入味,係有幾嚿肉比較靭,最可惜係個汁比較甜。食羊腩嘅靈魂係腐乳醬,加埋佢哋自家製嘅腐乳醬,口感更惹味!**依家買羊腩送手撕雞**手撕雞好夠味,肉質嫩滑。整體嚟講係好食嘅!值得推介! continue reading

今日喺土瓜灣站買咗荷葉蒸飯,真係好滿足!首先,功夫雞蒸飯香氣四溢,雞肉鮮嫩,配上特製醬汁,味道相當入味,飯粒吸收咗雞汁,口感一流。而火腩飯就更加唔使講,肥瘦適中,內裡軟滑,咬落去真係好過癮,配埋白飯,味道更上一層樓。至於手撕雞飯,雞肉撕得剛剛好,搭配特製的醬,味道真係一絕!雖然三款飯都有各自特色,但我最鍾意嘅係功夫雞蒸飯,雞肉嘅鮮味真係無得輸。總括來講,荷葉蒸飯既有傳統味道,又唔失創新,每一口都令人回味無窮,絕對值得再來一碗!如果你係土瓜灣附近,記得試下呢幾款,肯定唔會失望! continue reading
