如果鍾意食燒賣嘅人,最近一定有聽過呢間周記醬料出嘅燒賣,我之前都睇咗唔少嘅Foodie同埋YouTube推介,搞到我心思思一定要過嚟試吓!聽啲人講佢賣晒就會收舖,今次特登揀咗平日嚟,去到果然冇乜人排隊好快就到我,我就買咗$20/10粒燒賣,當然要加埋大家都推介嘅招牌辣油。正當我滿心歡喜食落口之際,第一啖已經覺得個質地好奇怪,有少少似細個用嗰啲漿糊,佢又唔係煙靭,但係都叫做有咬口。不過食落完全冇魚味,而且本身粒燒賣已經好飽肚,再加埋啲豉油真係好油膩,食到一半其實已經頂唔順覺得好滯。但話晒遠道而來,最後都食晒10粒,不過對我嚟講下次應該唔會再食,同埋個豉油同辣油除左真係好油之外其實都冇乜特別,我個人都係偏煙靭實淨嘅燒賣多啲。 continue reading

以為青山道老街坊菜館下間周記醬料係 pop up store!?賣醬,皮蛋,涼果,魚蛋同手打魚肉燒賣... 見有手打魚肉燒賣即買黎試下,($10/5粒)再加咖哩魚蛋 ($10/10粒)一試之下即被魚肉燒賣俘虜左,個size大大粒同林記相近,有魚肉香有微胡椒粉,手打即係手打,肉質煙靭彈牙,發現仲有急凍裝($30/15粒);咖哩魚蛋都唔簡單,雖然用左陳皮魚蛋,但佢個咖哩汁先最搶鏡,自家咖哩膽,再加上甜醬,沙茶,柱侯就製成這款色香味嘅咖哩汁,真係配咩都好食。原來周記醬料係一個好有歷史嘅本土醬料店,專賣酒醋醬菜,涼果及皮蛋等... 總店係長沙灣元州街413號地舖,除左辣椒油,下次一定要試埋佢地嘅其它醬料同皮蛋。 continue reading

老字號,我是看畢《飲食男女》的介紹後專程幫襯的。記得老闆誇口他們製造全港最好的麵豉醬。醬料品種繁多,香港人較常用的沙茶醬、麵豉醬、柱候醬、甜醬、咖喱醬、辣椒醬、蝦醬、腐乳等一應俱全,應有盡有,梗有一款啱心水,而且價錢尚算合理。店內擺滿大瓶小瓶,各式各樣的傳統中國醬油醬料,好一道風景。當天我買了他們的鎮店之寶麵豉醬一試,盛惠三十元。色澤頗深,一打開香味撲鼻而至,入口充滿黃豆鮮香之餘還有一股獨特的發酵味,好傳統醬料者必定回味無窮。 continue reading
