前日(26-10-2020 Mon)重陽節補假,特登同老公去食不吐不快外,其實都想食呢間嘅布丁,咁啱佢就係喺不吐不快隔離,而我又驚我食完不吐不快,行完一田返嚟至買,買唔到心水口味,所以先俾錢訂3種味嘅布丁燒.行完返嚟攞,店員pack好俾我,我哋返到屋企後打開,原來佢哋俾埋紙碟同膠匙=.=”,如果我當時知道,我一定話唔要同俾返佢.而呢幾個布丁燒嘅圖案都係halloween特別版,好正,不過o衣o家睇返啲相,原來有喲係”加油”兩個字,如果佢俾晒兩個版本我就好啦.而紙袋側邊印咗QR code,scan睇佢嘅食用指南,真有貼心.1. 伯爵茶老公揀嘅,佢根據facebook上嘅食用指南倒出,我喺冇留意嘅情況下食,伯爵茶味道較甘苦,分開嚟試,上層係伯爵茶味布丁,口感好滑但似mousse;下層似芝士蛋糕,鬆軟嘅;如果兩層夾埋焦糖食,味道都唔會咁苦,幾好味.睇返啲相,原來下層真係芝士蛋糕.味道:4分2. 焙茶其實我想要抹茶但叫錯咗.呢個味道亦都係甘,但冇伯爵茶咁苦,有啲似奶茶味.味道:5分3. 椰爺呢個係新鮮椰青,覺得啱爸爸食,所以買俾佢.咁我都試兩啖,唔知係咪焦糖漿比較多,椰青味本身已經係清,但夾埋變咗唔好食,令的失望.味道:2分抵食係2.5分 continue reading

人氣店舖!葵廣咁多食店 但係佢人氣依然高企🌟今次第二次食再試一試佢🤣.椰爺布丁燒 $38⬇️布甸燒即係上層係布甸下層係芝士蛋糕🍮🧁上層布甸嘅椰子味好淡因為椰青個味原本都唔係濃味係屬於清甜將椰青加入布甸 其實唔係好食到椰青味但食到有少少椰青肉 🌟🌟建議可以選擇其他味 會濃啲🌟🌟下層嘅芝士蛋糕 比較濕冇咗原本芝士蛋糕嘅口感.成個布甸燒我覺得其實普通唔係唔好食但有啲啲overated🙊.不過佢係黃店💛💛💛大家經過可以食其他味支持下👍🏻⭐️多謝你睇到最尾🧚🏼‍♀️希望大家可以關注我嘅ac “thegrainyspace “咁就可以留意我最新嘅食評🤩📜✏️ continue reading

呢間布丁燒喺葵廣一早已經好出名~所以就專程去試吓佢每一個特定時間都有唔同味道嘅布丁燒出爐,想試吓熱辣辣嘅布丁燒就可以趁佢出爐嘅時間去啦✨所有味道統一一個都係$38,對我來講其實有少少貴🙈因為佢份量比較少,但係味道來講係可以值$38嘅!我叫咗一個鐵觀音同埋培茶味布丁燒,兩個都係茶味非常之重,鍾意飲茶嘅人一定要去試❤️佢嘅布甸燒布甸同埋蛋糕嘅份量係一比一,所以一啖可以食晒蛋糕嘅柔軟同埋布甸嘅順滑~蛋糕軟綿綿唔會太甜,而佢個布甸真係非常好食🖤茶味非常之重,而且好滑,接近入口即溶程度,配埋佢小小嘅焦糖就對我來講甜到啱啱好啦同埋佢係良心小店,所以大家一定要支持呀! continue reading

今次介紹既係係葵廣數一數二既人氣小食店,店鋪由2018年7月開業至今,主打芝士蛋糕配上唔同味既布丁燒。店主靠自己一手一腳研究製作布丁燒既口味,出爐既布丁燒會印上店鋪小鹿嘜頭,布丁燒只有岩岩出爐15-20分鐘可以熱食,過後就會放入雪櫃,所以有緣既可以食到布丁燒既熱食,都可以外賣買走。-1️⃣ 椰爺布丁燒💰38(👅: 8/10)椰爺係店鋪招牌口味,同時係最多人叫。每個布丁燒係按步將焦糖、布丁漿、芝士蛋糕粉糊放入模具入面,再係焗爐焗一個鐘。首先布丁面頭會有一層焦糖醬,甜甜地帶小小苦,焦糖醬會會越食越濕潤口腔,但同時唔會蓋過布丁既味道。上層既布丁有椰青肉同加左新鮮椰青水,未食已經聞到好香既椰青香味,布丁燒整體味道清新香甜,食落奶滑,有D似mousse,而椰青肉令到呢個口味比其他更有豐富既口感,椰青肉味清甜。而下層既芝士蛋糕係用北海道芝士,非常濃滑,有芝士香,食落鬆軟,熱食會更加之鬆軟。-2️⃣ 鐵觀音布丁燒 💰38(👅: 7.5/10)鐵觀音既布丁會食到茶味,但茶既苦澀味會重D,而唔係食落好甜個種味。所以布丁同芝士蛋糕一齊食先中和到個種苦澀味,係唔錯既味道不過個人鍾意椰爺多D。-🌟以30幾蚊食到高質既布丁燒絕對值得,呢間我覺得係葵廣每次必去既一站。小店會不時會有期間限定既口味供應,每日的數量都有限,售完即止。建議大家如果有時間可以等布丁燒出爐試下熱食,布丁燒一個鐘出爐一次,每次只有一種味,可以先問下店主大概咩時間出爐同咩口味。-👅味道: 8/10🍴環境: 6/10💰消費: $35 (服務費: NA) continue reading
