附近返工,成日經過見到呢間鋪,見到好多類似訪問嘅報紙貼玻璃上面,都想試好耐。今日決定試一試!店內好細,得好少位,冇所謂啦,叫外賣都ok。叫左狗仔粉,蝦子柚皮,豬紅豬腸,釀豆腐,紅棗糕。佢話懷舊狗仔粉,其實係銀針粉?湯底正常。索價22蚊一細碗。唔值!
蝦子柚皮,味道普通。
韮菜豬紅豬腸,普通都不得了。
釀豆腐,普通但貴。
紅棗糕。可能我唔係好識欣賞啦,重紅棗味,但口感其差。
食左160蚊。如果真係名乎其實咁好食,貴少少都冇所謂,但好可惜,價位定得高,冇返咁上下質素真係唔值呢個價錢!

聽聞大埔舊墟開了一間名為吳師府的小店,一大朝早拿著電話google map, 終於找到了。我們早上十一時到達,見還未開門,便行了一個圏,終於開了門,便坐在bar 枱上。小店很小,大概只有八個座位,坐在bar枱旁,便可以看到㕑房和㕑師準備食物。由於店剛開舖,很多食物都未準備好,但我老遠入來想一試碗仔翅,但店員説要等二十分鐘,叫我吃狗仔粉,我當然堅持等。金牌碗仔翅($22)


碗仔翅與平時街頭吃的很不一樣,湯底清甜,有雞味,有少量魚翅、粉絲、蛋花和雞絲,最重要是獻汁不會很杰,而且用雞絲,不用豬肉絲,入口較幼滑。艇仔粥($22)
