過間老店在香港仔好耐,以前吃粥,煲仔飯好正,今晚吃完感覺好差勁。等出外賣,我在俾錢時,問店員等幾耐,他說15分鐘,點知等咗45分鐘,仲係要自己問個外賣出咗未,佢先包比我,比想像中更差絕對不會再幫襯,冇下次!!!!!! continue reading

雜燴炒河並唔係每間茶餐廳都有,每間茶餐廳嘅集會雜燴都各有不同,今次介紹嘅係位於香港仔呢間地道茶餐廳,同和粥麵鋪嘅雜燴炒河令我充滿驚喜。地方環境舒適,座位與座位之間有一定距離,出面粥麵企檔,入面水吧廚房,夥計熱情有禮貌,唔怪得夜晚時間好多街坊都會嚟打躉食飯,每次黎親都見到有人叫雜燴炒河,今次我就好奇試吓睇吓係咩來歷。一上枱,已經聞到河粉炒底嘅鑊氣,一夾落去河粉條條夠粗,碟底少油而夠晒鑊氣已經考功夫。再嚟嘅就係主角,呢度嘅雜燴就係粥麵檔嘅豬什,豬潤、豬肚、肉片同豬腰,食落去好爽,明顯啤足水,無苦味,豬潤厚切嫩滑,豬肚肉片爽口,配合河粉爆炒,真係有啲驚喜。中式粥麵鋪茶餐廳其實已經買少見少,嗰種格局同人情味,的確值得保留,雖然每間中式茶餐廳嘅雜燴炒河各有唔同,喜歡食豬雜嘅朋友,可以來試一試佢嘅雜燴炒河,值得推薦。 continue reading

這家店在香港仔經營已經很久很久,搬過幾次,一直在賣粥和麵。她的粥綿密細緻;麵結實彈牙,兩樣都做得不錯。小店還算乾淨企理,十來個座位。街坊式的服務,富有鄰里感情,生張熟李,閒話家常。我點了客豬潤粉腸粥($36)和咸肉粽($22)。等了約5分鐘,餐膳便送到。粥雖然並不大碗,卻有滿滿的料。豬潤有8件,很嫰滑、沒過老,如果厚切些會更好;粉腸 4條,吃得出很新鮮,沒異味,超好味道。米花化成粥底已看不分明,哪種淳厚帶點米香,加上肉的鮮味,更是出色。在香港仔,賣粥有比她便宜的;用料卻難找到比她更好的。咸肉粽個頭大,餡料有蛋黃及豬肉,看來很漂亮,可惜豬肉太瘦了,一點肥膏也沒有。也沒有多少綠豆茸;整隻粽沒有油花滋潤糯米,很死實實,缺乏味道。不是常客,因怕吃粥太熱;但偶爾胃口欠佳,吃厭了煎炸油膩時也會來幫襯。小店有幾十年的老臉孔,不是哪些趕時髦、賣潮流的打游擊式的短期租戶可比。 continue reading

香港仔有間舊式茶餐廳呢間同和粥麵咩都有得食粥、粉、麵、飯、小菜、煲仔飯真係包羅萬有想食咩都有之前食過呢度啲生滾粥好好味係真係新鮮生滾粥魚腩豬潤粥好新鮮好好味最特別係呢度仲有新鮮嘅爽滑魚皮食而家已經好少地方有得食不過魚皮未必日日都有而且好快會買哂撞啱有嘅話真係一定要食不過今次唔係食粥係食煲仔飯呢度係一年四季都有得食煲仔飯而且價錢唔貴如果想外賣仲可以借煲走唔錯今次同朋友一人叫咗一個煲仔飯等大約10分鐘就有得食啦一上檯超香白鱔好肥美仲有啲飯焦脆卜卜正! continue reading
