Excellent Sweet Tofu

I had to go to Times Square yesterday to pick up my repaired suitcase, so I decided to check out this new tofu place that's just around the corner of Times Square.The tofu place was simply decorated similar to other local dessert places, but if you can read Chinese, the huge characters of the shop's name up front is hard to miss!I decided to get some fried noodles and beancurd puffs to add on to dinner at home and sweet tofu for after dinner dessert.  The lady taking my order was very courteous

The tofu place was simply decorated similar to other local dessert places, but if you can read Chinese, the huge characters of the shop's name up front is hard to miss!
I decided to get some fried noodles and beancurd puffs to add on to dinner at home and sweet tofu for after dinner dessert.  The lady taking my order was very courteous and let me take my time in deciding what to order.

 The Fried Noodles were pretty good--nicely seasoned and not greasy at all.

 The Beancurd Puffs with Soy Sauce were soaked with sweet soy sauce, and they didn't have the day old greasy flavor that tofu puffs sometimes have.  These definitely tasted fresh.

 Soya Bean Dessert (Hot):  The sweet tofu was definitely the best item out of the three.  There was a prominent soya bean flavor, and the tofu was silky smooth yet still substantial.  Some sweet tofus can be smooth but feels like you are swallowing pillows of air, not the case here!  With my take away order, the yellow sugar was packed in little zip top bags, so we could add them right before we ate the dessert.
Even though this tofu shop is located in Causeway Bay, their prices were still reasonable.  I hope they can survive in the competitive environment because it's a down to earth little gem amongst over-the-top extravagant flashy entities!

    收工之後又喺附近尋覓平靚正嘅美食。銅鑼灣一向都多嘢食（兼貴囉）公司附近冇一間未幫襯過，所以見到新開嘅呢一間當然唔會放過最貴嘅都係＄33最平＄6平均都係十幾廿蚊賣點係超高營養價值嘅黃豆＋超值超平民嘅價錢平靚正之選一：煎釀豆腐＄16平靚正之選二：鼓油皇炒麵＄18平靚正之選三：腸粉全部都係道地嘢食，豆腐煎得夠香、炒麵唔會係勁油、腸粉即蒸熱辣辣好正豐富嘅小食拼盤有粉果同牛肉球，足料＋大粒，兩個人share very good入到嚟梗係食埋甜品，梗係豆腐花啦紫米豆花＄20。芝麻豆花＄16。銅鑼灣嚟講，抵到無朋友熱辣辣，滑劣劣，勝在唔太甜，決定得閒再幫襯
