事源有同事講荃灣開左間石磨腸粉,佢去左試過唔夠佢鄉下咁好食,不過都幾平嘅建議我可以去試下,因大家都系荃灣友🤭所以仆左去order兩款石磨腸粉,揀左蝦餃腸粉同手撕雞腸粉,眼見一個店員負責落order,3-4個職員就負責整腸粉同包裝,排隊等左10分鐘左右就拎到貨。平時酒樓就叫得多,到底石磨有咩分別,開盒熱辣辣嘅腸粉倒堆一堆,賣相就哈😂...,加左鼓油試下先,比酒樓食到嘅腸粉皮更簿更滑,所以先會有腸粉好似疊晒一齊一堆堆咁。腸粉吸鼓油吸得非常之快,建議朋友仔可能要慢慢加鼓油唔好一次過落,另外食得辣嘅朋友不妨要求拎埋辣醬!佢個辣醬系八風雲集/祥興記嘅個款辣醬味,配落腸粉又出奇地夾喎,都唔錯嘅整體上☝🏻😋👉🏻鮮蝦腸粉鮮蝦🦐真系偏少同偏細,腸粉皮唔系好包得實蝦粒,食食下飛晒出黎💦,不過蝦粒都系晶瑩透熟嘅。👉🏻手撕雞腸粉原本想試牛肉腸多d,見少有嘅手撕雞腸粉就要左份試試,手撕雞肉份量上比鮮蝦腸粉足,雞肉味亦系輕易食得出,比起鮮蝦腸粉,手撕雞腸粉比較好些少🧐。✍🏻結論系味道雖然唔系話非常好食,但價錢處於合理區,特別做早餐上仲非常適合💋提醒大家要求比辣醬,好食好多咖🤤☝🏻🙋🏻‍♀️俾多啲機會唔同食店,只要樂

平時酒樓就叫得多,到底石磨有咩分別,開盒熱辣辣嘅腸粉倒堆一堆,賣相就哈😂...,加左鼓油試下先,比酒樓食到嘅腸粉皮更簿更滑,所以先會有腸粉好似疊晒一齊一堆堆咁。

原本想試牛肉腸多d,見少有嘅手撕雞腸粉就要左份試試,手撕雞肉份量上比鮮蝦腸粉足,雞肉味亦系輕易食得出,比起鮮蝦腸粉,手撕雞腸粉比較好些少🧐。

✍🏻結論系味道雖然唔系話非常好食,但價錢處於合理區,特別做早餐上仲非常適合

我幫襯的時候,是7月10日 鋪頭仍是試業中,很多食品都未有得賣,但街坊都去買他們即叫即做的正宗石磨腸粉王。當時各人都在忙碌中,可能要時間去磨合工作的流程。我叫了一個 雞蛋腸,師父將米漿倒入一個很大的蒸盆中,像個櫃桶的推入蒸爐,待米漿熟了便推出來,鏟起粉皮,做成腸粉。這種做法,我多年前去潮州旅行時等一次見到,當時覺得很新奇。我的腸粉加入雞蛋,只售13元,價錢相宜,要看下味道如何。豉油和辣醬是分開上的,很好。腸粉都算爽滑,但跟我平常吃的有分別,好似多了點鄉土味,下次試下其他味道再和大家分享。

豉油和辣醬是分開上的,很好。腸粉都算爽滑,但跟我平常吃的有分別,好似多了點鄉土味,下次試下其他味道再和大家分享。

唔經唔覺開咗半個月,都仲係要排!落單要排,取餐要等,前後基本半個鐘。款式都多,價錢算係梗,另可再加肉加蛋,兩蚊,四蚊。電動石磨機,剛好無開,開嘅時候玻璃會起霧,溫度應該幾高。叉燒腸粉,口感真係叉燒,唔係豬肉加叉燒味料就算,亦唔硬,蔥花點聚,每盒跟一份豉油,味道淡淡地遍甜,倒哂落去唔怕鹹,如果要辣醬要出聲先俾,唔同一開始份份俾梗浪費,皮幾薄,而且量多,一盒就食飽。牛肉腸粉,餐牌都另外有配料,你梗叫佢就只收你一款肉嘅價,唔強迫,同樣蔥花點聚,肉量多,淡色到唔似牛肉,味道似牛肉球,口感軟軟地幾好食,依個價食得飽算係抵!其實佢仲有另一個門面叫友源美食,賣一般熟食,餐牌上好多野都無,主要都係魚蛋、燒賣,炸三寶等炸物,睇落炸得一般,價錢都係,好多人都係等腸粉買嚟食住先,不過隔離街過間無開過日,確實多咗人買,但唔值得推薦。

叉燒腸粉,口感真係叉燒,唔係豬肉加叉燒味料就算,亦唔硬,蔥花點聚,每盒跟一份豉油,味道淡淡地遍甜,倒哂落去唔怕鹹,如果要辣醬要出聲先俾,唔同一開始份份俾梗浪費,皮幾薄,而且量多,一盒就食飽。
