星期5晚上來到這裡試試新菜,ramen champion共6間來自日本不同地方的拉麵,入面的主廚員工都十分熱情介紹自家的拉麵,最後選出南青山一試。豚骨湯拉麺 Tonkotsu Ramen配上奶白色的湯底及秘製幼麵,份量適中。豚骨湯加上少少薑的味道,特別鮮甜。
幼麵面質爽爽的,唔會煮到太硬或太林。
