Private roomFood quality was top notch and service was above and beyond.We had a birthday celebration and booked a private room at this newly opened hotpot restaurant from Macau. We ordered our own hot pot per head, I had ginseng and pear, not something I see often on hot pot places, it was nice and light. We order 加拿大象拔蚌, the seafood was very fresh, slightly whiter and more crunchy from Asian ones! It was delicious both sashimi and cooked.Other seafoods like the oyster and 珊瑚蚌 are also very fresh! The hand cut beef was very flavourful! More towards the lean side so more chewy but nice. Other cooked dishes were also very well received like the 魚片頭&羊肉&雞軟骨！One must have dish is the clay pot rice with Chinese sausages! The aroma was so good! 得知澳門協成係香港開設第一間分店後，我第一時間就book檯試食。餐廳開係灣仔駱克道，位置十分方便。一踏入餐廳就有專人招呼並帶我上訂左嘅包房。包房入面位置寬敞，有獨立廁所，係香港實屬難得。食物方面，協成出名食海鮮。海鮮三寶有加拿大象拔蚌、龍蝦同海斑。今次我地都叫左一條象拔蚌，可以刺身食，亦可以焯，味道十分鮮甜。其餘食物都十分新鮮。魚皮同腐皮都係即叫即炸。食物完全同澳門一樣高質。湯底方面，協成大部分都係一人一鍋，大家可以根據自己口味叫。每個湯底各有特色，食辣嘅可以叫沙爹鍋或者辣鍋，唔食得辣嘅可以叫胡椒湯底或者番茄湯。總括而言，協成服務態度貼心，食物同湯底質素十分高，加上價錢合理，值得推薦俾所有搵緊高級火鍋嘅人！特別一提，協成入面嘅譚經理服務體貼，照顧我地所有人嘅需要，值得特別加分！…Read More
