落到荃灣 ,走去試下 風聞已久『米芝蓮』級數車仔麵 ....油麵底,要少少辣 湯底,再加 咖哩魷魚 、豬皮 、同埋牛腩。咖哩魷魚正常常,咖哩汁冇以前咁惹味。豬皮感覺都係咁上下,不過真係幾好食,也能夠保持水準。牛腩 okay 喇 , 都夠冧嘅,但如果再能夠再淋啲,加埋啲牛腩汁濃濃的,必定 會回甘不已。我最鍾意食油麵,超過 闊條麵 同幼麵,每次必食,去到每一間都必食; 但今次好慘,狼吞虎嚥吞咗幾口感覺好似味道唔同咗,講唔出,但冇咗以前我食咗就成個失曬暈嗰種嘅感覺。

朋友知我鐘意食車仔麵,特別帶我去荃灣食一間米芝蓮推介既小店。價錢唔算平,四個餸一個麵都已經六十幾蚊,餸既話叫左豬腸、冬菇、水魷同豬紅,份量都合理,湯底叫左小辣,辣度可以接受。整體食落冇話特別驚喜,唔知點解會係米芝蓮推介😂豬腸充滿油脂,食落唔會好淋,反而係有d爽口,煮得都入味。冬菇就太死咸,都唔係想像中既花菇味。水魷好似有好多醬汁調味,但都唔係特別好食既味道,豬紅就冇乜特別🫣呢個價錢應該可以有更好既選擇。

千色車仔麵真係食咗差唔多20年,味道係完全冇變,我不能講佢好好食,只能講佢保持水準,幾年冇食今次再去食,特別欣賞係佢嘅豬紅,非常入味,大腸就好似比以前遜色咗,其他都保持倒水準。環境咁多年都係冇變,都係細細間坐得咁辛苦,唯一有變嘅就係價錢,今日叫咗一個油麵,豬腸,豬紅,辣魚蛋,魷魚,冇飲嘢都要62蚊,不過算啦間唔中食一餐佢個辣汁又真係幾好味。份量就真係唔係幾足食完唔係好夠飽,其實我係深水埗文記嘅fans,荃灣冇乜好嘅車仔麵選擇,千色叫做可以頂下癮。

因工作關係經常都會經過荃灣千色店,一路都好想試依間攞到米芝蓮推介既車仔麵小店但經常都坐滿人,今日見到比較少人所以終於決定入去一試。鋪頭細細間坐位不算多,似係舊式平民小店格局,無睇價錢隨便叫左3餸油麵再加杯豆漿,俾錢時發覺原來都已經六十幾蚊,價錢都算偏貴,所以更好奇質素如何。我配料揀了鳳爪,豬腸,牛腩。先講湯底,佢係偏重味但不會覺得好鹹,係常見加左腩汁既湯底味道,不會重味精味又唔會令人好口渴,算係不錯。油麵滑身但無咩咬口,普通貨式。牛腩不會話太硬或太腩,合格但普通既感覺。豬腸煮得好淋但似係用梳打粉乸完既效果但勝在夠入味,不過個人鐘意厚身有咬口既感覺,下次唔會再叫依款。鳳爪又係煮得夠淋,味道不錯,唯獨無預先剪走鳳爪指甲感覺差少少。豆漿都係一般合格水準整體感覺係穩穩陣陣,不會話好驚艷好好食嗰種,但都會有興趣再試其他款式配料,不過就唔會一次叫太多款餸,因為去到7,80蚊食一個車仔麵就太貴了
