相信對好多香港人嚟講,狗仔粉都係一種懷舊嘅食物,但係佢歷久不衰,直到今時今日都仲係可以保持住嗰一股味道,仲要廿四小時開放,真係無時無刻都可以食到啊。招牌狗仔粉 🐶小熊貓食狗仔粉,就最鍾意加菜脯,呢度最好就係可以無限加菜脯,有辣有唔辣任君選擇。香濃湯底加上軟糯粉仔,簡直係小熊貓宵夜之首選。飛天上髀 🦆如果唔夠食,仲可以加多隻鵝髀,手掌咁大嘅燒鵝髀,啖啖肉簡直啱晒大胃王嘅我哋。鍾意啲肉腍啲嘅可以揀上髀,鍾意彈牙肉質就梗係要揀下髀啦。

極失望十八座狗仔粉極失望十八座狗仔粉極失望十八座狗仔粉話說正餐食唔飽,諗住去拮魚蛋燒賣咁啱見到間十八座狗仔粉,香港人開又攞埋《米芝蓮》應該OK,估唔到佢係差到一個點...17蚊8粒魚蛋,價錢唔算平,少辣多蔥,原來多過3粒蔥叫多蔥,紙兜裝賣相平平,食落口嘩...陳皮魚蛋照樣煙韌但冇哂鮮味,得個 「辣」字,少辣原來係十級辣。17蚊7粒燒賣,睇落幾大粒,食落成pat野咁,好似用滾水蒸咗48小時,我開始唔知自己食緊乜。低處未見低,38蚊極失望狗仔粉出場,首先非常細碗,其次D粉真係好粉&好腍,十足十煮咗成個鐘頭比老人家食嘅烏冬咁,食咗兩啖就冇再食,真係唔識欣賞。

好耐冇食回味一下叫咗火鴨翅同狗仔粉火鴨翅:味道保持到仍然好味而且好多料,不過好傑明顯比以前多咗粉,同埋今次食個翅唔夠熱狗仔粉:狗仔粉ok好味,不過佢加多咗菜葡有啲鹹個辣菜譜就真係不得了,唔加覺得對唔住自己,辣到滿頭大汗都要加~不過尖沙咀舖真係好細,好逼,啲人傾計又大聲…

細雜燴:原味大腸、五香豬肚、清湯豬皮、鮮甜蘿蔔⭐️⭐️何解什麼都灑蔥花呢?大腸肥美彈牙、豬肚甘味不爽、豬皮白烚靠汁吊味、蘿蔔無味帶渣。辣魚蛋⭐️⭐️以為濃味咖哩可以掩飾到陣陣魚腥實在太天真!結實嚥韌不過不失。狗仔粉⭐️⭐️水汪汪稀稀的湯汁,不過入口香濃。粉仔半溶黏口黐牙散碎,不喜歡。火鴨翅⭐️⭐️超級厚杰漿住,肉味特濃,食不到其他味道。飛天火鴨髀⭐️完全無羶味,鴨皮焦香而半爽,鴨肉過份結實未到嫩滑緊緻,醃味清淡,味道來自於火鴨翅。飛天原來解作鴨上庄的鴨膇,可以稱髀嗎?以我由細到大的認知,雞上髀係雞下庄雞髀的上半部份,每次食家鄉雞都只食雞上髀!
