近年喺元朗返工，有時會買外賣返公司食。最近喺元朗廣場對出巴士站附近搵到一間幾有風味的京菜小館，menu都有好多選擇，佢有雲吞同水餃，問咗老闆，原來雲吞係白菜加豬肉餡，而水餃係韮菜加豬肉餡。我今次就試吓酸辣湯水餃麵先。外賣自取送盒裝檸檬茶或凍豆漿，我要咗凍豆漿。我唔太食得辣但又想試吓酸辣湯，有凍豆漿中和辣味就啱晒喇😆酸辣湯水餃麵 —份量超多！無論是酸辣湯的配料或麵底麵有好多，而水餃都係好大隻，總共有3大隻。.水餃有好多餡，韮菜及豬肉的比例好平均。水餃皮唔算薄但好滑溜，好好味。.而酸辣湯配料非常豐富，有豆腐、豬紅、肉絲、木耳、荀、紅蘿蔔。湯底酸辣濃度啱啱好，唔會太酸或太辣。就算我唔太食得辣都可以食到，覺得幾刺激幾惹味。.今次呢碗酸辣湯水餃麵我好滿意，下次再嚟試吓其他菜式先😋…Read More
