最近經過大埔廣福道既人都會發現,比起以前呢度多左一陣濃郁既滷水味😍每次聞到都好想一試真偽,但每次見要派隊都打消左念頭,今次趁父親節👨🏻終於的起心肝一次買幾樣野番去試哂💪🏻上庄鵝片: 比起下庄會瘦d, 係鵝片黎,啖啖肉😚,唔會韌,口感唔會梅,大大盒好足料,仲皮下有薄薄既鵝膏,塊皮吸哂d滷水味,點埋醋食一流下庄:會多少少肥膏,今次忍唔住一買完即食一舊🥰,真係不得了,d鵝油仲暖暖地,一咬落去唧到成口都係🤤,肉會比鵝片更冧,油香味更出,送飯一流,唔洗點汁都好好食👍🏻👍🏻豬腸:洗得好乾淨,而且好有咬口好厚肉,又唔會一舊舊肥膏,睇得出落左心機😉,係咁多樣野入面最入味,一入口未咬已經好大陣滷水味,仲愈咬愈有味😋鵝肝:本身對肝無咩興趣,但呢度既肝改變左得諗法🙊,肝衣唔韌一咬就開,口感好粉好滑,印象中一條筋都無,味道上一d都唔苦,又唔會好似豬潤咁好大陣血味,唔食內臟既人都可以試下🤓👍🏻鵝腎:內外味道均勻,唔會太硬,咬落夠軟冧😋鵝翼:送酒聖物🤤個皮好濃味,唔好以為翼淨係得皮,呢度d鵝翼大大隻仲好好肉😋燻蹄:塊皮同樣彈牙入味係出色既👍🏻整體唔算肥,肉就比較扎實,但又唔會好似肉乾咁咬唔開,豬肉味唔會比滷水味搶哂,唔太咸,咬落仲好重肉香味🤤墨魚:唔會好似炒墨魚咁韌,有幾款口感幾重享受🤣,某d部位爽脆,某d部位彈牙,某d部位軟冧。咬落墨魚鮮味好出又唔會腥,今次聽店員推介,學刺身食法,點wasabi豉油,又真係幾夾喎😍乳鴿:又係一款即食無得輸既食物👍🏻👍🏻薄薄又入味既皮吸哂滷水味,帶咸香,入面一撕開又係滴哂肉汁,無咩肥膏,肉質有咬口但唔會韌😋 continue reading

疫症底下,呢排大家都多咗係屋企食飯,今日想偷懶😛來到勝記為今晚晚餐加料。正如標題所講,呢間滷味香味一流,都未行到舖頭 喺附近已經聞到超香滷水味👍🏼平日下午一點來到,仍然好多人排隊買,要等10張飛。不過都不及放工時段誇張,放工夜晚起碼要等半小時以上,今次等左15分鐘就有得買啦。滷水鵝,鴨舌,鵝腎,墨魚,豆腐滷水味香而不太濃,唔會一味得個咸字。滷水鵝正常發揮,剛買完趁熱食油香出眾,十分滋味😋 晚上攤凍再食當然冇熱食咁正 但味道適中喜出望外的是鵝腎👍🏼👍🏼平時一般比較少食 我想切片香脆冧滑 一啲都唔un!!鍾意爽口一定要試吓墨魚新鮮,豆腐一般鴨舌用來送酒一流🤤不過可能食開麻辣 雖然都整得入味但總是覺得爭少少嘢😛 總括而言 滷水香而不太鹹 適合我的口味。大埔街坊都可以試吓。 continue reading

最近知道西環滷水老字號勝記,搬咗嚟大埔落腳,大埔既居民有口福喇 🥰 唔洗特登去到西環先食到。知道每日都有好多人排住隊買,今日夜晚七點幾經過見冇咩人排隊咁就梗係要試下啦。餐牌既選擇真係花多眼亂,不過可惜自己淨係識睇磅,斤同両既概念真係唔太清楚有幾多,所以只好求其叫 😂 可惜當晚滷水蛋賣晒 😭 鵝肝、鵝腸都賣哂 😭 十分可惜,好嘢真係唔等人,最後叫咗墨魚、豬大腸、滷水豆腐、豬耳、鵝掌同鵝亦,滿滿既三大盒滷水加埋先係 $200 蚊真係好抵食。墨魚超爽口 😱 超彈牙 😱 超級正呀 🔥🔥 唔點醬就咁食都好好味,倒埋啲醬汁食仲好食,必叫食品之一 ; 豬大腸又係勁爽口,而且滷得好入味,可以用豐腴多汁嚟形容。滷水豆腐大件夾抵食,內裏好軟嫩,而且好香豆腐味。師傅刀法好好,將一大隻豬耳切成條狀,而且大小適中,豬耳口感又柔韌又脆,味道鮮香得嚟不膩 ; 鵝掌同鵝亦係買比屋企人食既,加上自己唔太好食鵝掌同鵝亦,所以無食過比唔到意見,不過睇落都幾精神。 continue reading

見大埔開咗間滷味店,成日都咁多人排隊,open rice又有咁多好評,諗住試下實冇死啦!今日下晝落樓下買餸,順便去買滷味加料,原本諗住買滷水鵝,不過排咗幾個字,排到我嗰陣已經賣曬,呢間舖啲滷味真係好搶手!最後買咗滷水鴨,配埋滷豆腐同滷蛋。排隊排到好肚餓,返去即刻開盒食。打開個盒望落去都幾靚,不過一食落口,以為自己食緊鹹水鴨,請問花椒八角去咗邊?除咗豉油味同鴨味,食唔出其他味,頸嗰度仲連豉油味都冇,失望!至於滷蛋,入唔入味大家睇顏色都分到,蛋白白到咁,唔駛我講都知咩味...是日重頭戲係最估你唔到嘅豆腐!豆腐未斬開都唔係咩問題,鞋颯颯都唔係咩問題,問題係醙架!係真係醙架!唔講以為食緊臭豆腐...臭豆腐仲好食過佢買唔買大家自己決定啦,我就不了... continue reading

成日經過聞到好香滷水味,又成日排長龍。今日就試試佢係咪咁好味。100蚊買左滷水鴨,蛋同豆腐。結論係3樣都係食唔出有滷水味。單睇滷水蛋都睇得出唔係浸夠時間,只係面面果層有輕微上色。食落去好香蛋味,但唔似係滷水蛋,$10 3粒,鍾意食蛋既係唔錯既選擇。再來試隻滷水鴨,$75 半隻。合埋眼食會以為食緊燒鴨,因為真係得鴨肉既原味。怕燒味檔行得遠都可以買呢隻滷水鴨頂住檔先架。至於想食滷味既你,我就唔推薦呢間啦。 continue reading
