There are a couple of other seafood restaurants in Sai Kung but I chose this one because it got Michelin 1 star before and more cozy environment for a birthday celebration. My second time here after 7 years!I really craved for giant mantis shrimps for celebration so on top of the set menu for 2 ($1098), we added two more giant mantis shrimps and two razor clams. The entree of the set dinner menu for two starts with this plate cucumber in garlic and soy sauce. Very crunchy and appetising. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Then this signature fried tofu. Simple but very delicious! Must-eat. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Instead of garlic, the scallops are made with 紅酒糟. Tastes good and special and not too salty. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Then it’s our additional order of mantis shrimps! It’s of the length of my arm and they are very meaty! I asked the kitchen to cook with salty goose egg yolk and it comes out extremely yummy! Not as salty as 避風塘. It’s really fulfilling to have the giant mantis shrimps. These two cost $700 in total plus an addition of $208 for cooking them. These are the two additional razor clam ($160) in black soy beans and pepper. Okay la. Springy but just typical. $118 for the cooking.Clams. Typical. This friend abalone is very yummy and soft~ We are already quite full when it gets to the lobster with noodles in cheese.
