餐廳:劉興記生煎包專門店 地點:上環文咸東街 菜式:上海菜 餐牌:生煎包類、新品推介、皇牌套餐、菜飯類、湯麵類、拌麵類、蟹粉類、小食類、涼拌類、小籠包類、飲品。落單掃QR code。招牌炸雞扒拌麵 $45 招牌炸雞扒一開6件,炸得雞皮薄脆而雞肉夠嫩,啖啖肉,都好香口。面頭加上少少炸菜。麵一大底係上海面,有咬口,我叫左少醬,已經好夠味,甜甜哋好味道。雞湯小雲吞 $36雞湯小雲吞熱辣辣上枱,個湯超熱,好厚身。小雲吞一客12粒,皮薄滑溜,餡料就細細粒,伴有小棠菜兩條同蛋絲。麻醬青瓜雞絲粉皮 $45  麻醬青瓜雞絲粉皮好大碗。粉皮份量最多,質素正常。加有幼條青瓜絲同雞絲,面頭加上白芝麻粒。可以叫麻醬另上。糖醋炸排骨 $30糖醋炸排骨一開9件入口size,炸得外脆內嫩,糖醋味夠,味道酸酸甜甜好醒胃,面頭灑上白芝麻粒。有一兩舊骨仲有軟骨食。有豆漿送,豆漿夠濃厚滑溜,豆味剛好又唔太甜。除咗生煎包,呢度其他食物質素都唔錯,價錢實惠冇加一。座位有15個左右,一眼睇哂,平日午市遲過12:30到要等位。 continue reading

晚餐想食生煎包,就諗起呢間餐廳。⭐️瀨尿蝦生煎包外皮底部煎得金黃酥脆,咬落去個陣,熱辣辣,瀨尿蝦嘅肉流出來,好鮮味,推薦。⭐️蟹黃生煎包另一款推薦嘅生煎包,都係外皮底部煎得金黃酥脆,好多汁。餡入面有唔少蟹黃,都好正。兩款生煎包唔需要額外點汁,已經好夠味。⭐️麻醬青瓜雞絲粉皮最近熱熱地,想食下清涼嘅食物,就選擇了食粉皮。粉皮唔會話好厚幾滑嫩,青瓜切成絲幾脆爽,搭配香濃嘅麻醬,好正。連隔離個遊客都八卦下係咩食物,叫嚟食下。豆漿係送嘅。 continue reading

睇完社交媒體網站啲食評 ,試咗蟹皇拌麵同瀨尿蝦生煎包,點知中晒伏!全部嘢都唔熱,只可以形容微暖,生煎包又唔脆都冇心機影。蟹粉份量係多但唔新鮮,有啲鹹得滯。應該冇下次。失望。啲社交媒體網站片多數都呃人,真係唔會再信!招牌菜係生煎包,講都冇人信,可以用有少少難食形容,都食唔到有瀨尿蝦。店面環境仲有啲污糟。非常之差嘅體驗。蟹皇拌麵 $150, 兩個瀨尿蝦生煎包$28 。價錢唔係貴,但真心唔好食!最後奉勸大家社交媒體網站介紹啲嘢真係唔好過分相信。 continue reading
