冬菇亭除咗食回憶食人情味,其實小炒都真係好出色利豐打冷小廚餐牌選擇好豐富,潮州菜同地道港式小炒乜都有胡椒豬肚蜆湯($95)白胡椒恰到好處,少少微辣,加埋海蜆湯頭更加鮮甜,蜆肉大粒冇沙,豬肚爽口彈牙京蔥尖椒爆鮮魷($90) 食親大排檔都一定會叫鮮魷,今次唔叫椒鹽鮮魷,試下新花款,呢碟鮮魷尖椒味好濃郁,惹味得嚟又唔會蓋過魷魚嘅鮮味,魷魚片爽脆嫩滑紅燒乳鴿($58)上枱熱辣辣,外皮炸得好脆,同埋都幾乾身,冇咩滴油,大部分位置都好嫩滑,滷水汁夠入味揚州炒飯($47)炒飯粒粒分明,口感乾爽唔油膩,足料又大碟,兩個人係冇可能食得晒,要打包拎走 continue reading

我喜愛冬菇亭的鑊氣小炒,所以今日來到黃大仙就專程來到黃大仙大排檔 冬菇亭利豐打冷小廚。原來很多人都和我一樣喜愛食冬菇亭的鑊氣小炒,來到已見到非常多人, 好在早了一步,跟著我後面的就要等位啦。Menu菜式都很多,點完菜之後,餐廳上菜非常快。鹵水鵝$98這裏名為打冷小廚,所以我就要了個馳名鹵水鵝,碟內除鹵水鵝外,也有花生及豆腐。花生軟綿很腍香。令我最觸目驚喜的是整個鹵水鵝算大碟,是整個鹵水鵝的下莊,一整個的大大隻鵝肶…!鹵水鵝鹵得夠入味,真正有鵝味,又腍又滑的,夠美味的!紅燒乳鴿$58紅燒乳鴿也是很快上枱,都很大隻及經炸過啡金的外表看見已夠吸引, 肉質不會老,本身經醃過,夠入味,不過點上附上的椒鹽,更是香口惹味!!啫啫滑雞煲$88啫啫雞煲上枱後,煲的邊還在滋滋的滾著,熱氣騰騰的,令人垂涎,雞煲裏面有芹菜、乾蔥及芫茜蔥,還有豬潤…,雞肉嫩滑入味,連配菜一齊食,很惹味!!腐乳通菜$55腐乳通菜,腐乳味很濃,通菜腍中帶爽,很入味 ,顯見廚師的小炒手藝。餐廳的菜色多款式,價錢夠平民,無怪乎這麼多人食。 continue reading

碰巧約了朋友在黃大仙逛街,這家就在黃大仙站旁的點心店好像很便宜,我們就坐下來吃了一頓採用舊式酒樓點心煮法,一次出爐大量點心,讓食客自己去選自己喜歡的那一籠,令習慣了吃即叫即蒸的我們非常懷念蝦餃$22 不失酒樓的風範,蝦仁夠多也沒有皮黏著皮的 燒賣$21大大隻的燒賣,才$21一籠,抵!雞絲粉卷$19 果然還是新鮮出爐的正!好令人懷念的雞絲粉卷,軟軟稔稔,好吃~炆得超稔的金錢肚$22,很是好吃!味道也很夠濃,入味!山竹牛肉$19肉感很濃,沒有過多的莞茜味夠平衡,好吃!鮮蝦韮菜餃$22很軟稔的韮菜餃韮菜份量多,正合我意!想吃便宜的點心?來這裡就對了~ continue reading
