家住油麻地,所以常到凱日飲中午茶,點心做得不錯;晚餐還是雖第一次,不過今次有驚喜,我們三個人叫了二人套餐$688都夠食,剛剛好😋雖然它套餐選擇不多,餸菜size 真的夠份量,招呼也錯,大家可以考慮。看到餐牌,燒味好似做得幾好,套餐反而沒有;它套餐裡的布多款小食選擇,魚翅味道濃郁,蒸龍躉片也好味, 欣賞它的拔絲咕嚕肉甜酸剛好,其他菜也比其他酒樓認真,吃完送的甜品蘆薈桂花糕也很清爽,員工服務態度好,總括還是滿意。 continue reading

跟朋友嚟咗這家餐廳,係咁嘆「佢個上湯魚翅簡直係嘩啦!」金黃色嘅魚翅湯喺匙羹裏面閃閃發亮,入口齒頰留香,湯頭既鮮甜又有淡淡嘅雞味,簡直喺味道上得嚟「嘩,窩心!」好戲仲未完,上嚟嘅龍蝦🦞又大份又新鮮,Q彈嘅肉質,啖啖肉嘅感覺真係食到心都甜啦!同伊麵一齊食,咸香味夾嘅配搭,令人一勺又一勺,實在停唔到口。燒鵝個皮香脆至極,肉汁滿滿咬落去無比滿足,雖然份量唔細,但每一口都係香濃,食完之後口齒留香,回味無窮👍。個人最中意嘅係柚皮配鮑汁,蝦籽那份海鮮香氣配上柔軟滑口嘅柚皮,斯文食都食唔夠嘅好滋味。至於花雕醉乳鴿,呢個菜式真係香溢四溢,鴿肉鬆軟酒香,個幾好味啊!同場加映嘅蒸蟶子皇🐚新鮮彈牙,兩字—正!雖然話呢間唔係豪華嘅高級飯店,但佢地嘅食物真係有質素,環境又優雅,下次還要再嚟! continue reading

朋友約了去這酒樓飲茶,我見名字有精品粵菜字眼,也就看看怎樣精品了。酒樓食具也是精品級,碟子杯子圖案精美,梅花舞蝶,色澤柔和。有熱爐暖茶,不怕茶涼。點了兩個點心,又選了一些小吃配粉麵。肉骨茶鮮竹卷,用一個精巧的湯壺上,一打開壺蓋,即時聞到肉骨茶那陣獨有的香味,材料滿滿,湯底鮮味,鮮竹卷掛上肉骨茶的濃郁汁液,吃時齒頰留香。可愛小白兔,是一個凍點心。造型十分精緻,像陶瓷一樣,粉嫩的兔耳,潔白的身軀,不忍心把它們吃掉。入口軟綿綿,內有一小塊芒果肉,口感清新。海苔三層肉,一份有九件,每件都灑上海苔。燒肉皮脆,肉質均衡,肥瘦相間,入口淋滑又不覺肥膩。招牌花鵰醉鴿,未吃其肉先聞其香,一隻鴿子被鋪排於精美碟子上,肉已細切,取吃容易,嫩滑可口,每件肉都滲著酒香,濃郁又不過份。豉油皇炒麵,麵條掛上生抽色澤,看似濕潤卻口感爽,不黏稠,鹹度適中,吃完不口渴。瑤柱蛋白炒飯,飯粒分明,乾身,油潤而不膩。簡單菜式因為做型和美味做法,變得好看又好吃,真的可說是精品了。 continue reading

今日一家人去油麻地 凱日精品粤菜館晚飯.   我們三天前已預訂一圍全包宴. 這間酒樓裝修很好,  地方寬闊,  燈飾設計時尚  高雅大方, 適合晚飯宴會.侍應招呼好, 座位舒適, 水滾茶靚.  我們點了套餐, 先來啤酒, 汽水各六罐. 上菜了, 五福拼盤, 大方得體, 拼盤內各款燒味很香口.熱葷:  吉列炸大蝦,    炸得香脆,  用上巨型大蝦, 肉爽, 又有睇頭.翠綠珊瑚蚌鮮螺片,   份量頗多, 帶鮮味, 爽口彈牙, 有鑊氣.金銀菜雞肉雞腳燉螺頭, 食材可以, 調味 OK. 每人一大碗.侍應姐姐把湯料也送上,  實料啊. 翡翠炆雙菇,  冬菇, 仙菇及小棠菜, 味汁不錯, 有瑤柱絲, 口感佳.古法厚花菇扣鮑片,   鮑片厚花菇燘得入味, 肉質腍軟,  蠔皇調味汁超正.清蒸沙巴龍躉,  沙巴魚很大條, 蒸得時間剛剛好, 肉質新鮮. 燒雞配正宗海南文昌雞. 脆皮燒雞, 金黃色炸皮, 賣相亮麗, 入口香脆.   文昌雞, 雞肉嫩滑,  好味.瑤柱蛋白 炒絲苗,   口感好, 炒得不油膩, 可口.蔘菇珍菌燘伊面,  份量大, 調味適中, 珍菌香口, 伊面很滑, 也不太油.手工製甜品,  小白兔布甸好軟身, 好滑口. 食物足料好味, 廚藝吾錯.  價錢老實. continue reading
