又係開始打邊爐嘅季節,食完一般嘅港式火鍋又食完麻辣火鍋,今次想食海鮮但係又怕好貴喎,為食同事話我知深水埗區開咗間或一價錢有好多海鮮食嘅火鍋店,佢講到咁玄又話唔貴,我仲有乜理由唔去食呢。原來佢係每一位一個價錢$200或者$245,分別在於個鍋底如果揀粥底或者蕃茄濃湯底就係$200位如果好似我咁想食多啲野就可以揀椰子文昌雞湯底。另外飲品有鴻福堂支裝或者罐裝可以另外加錢。佢最好就係不設加一,又冇啲醬料費用,明碼實價漿料都有好多可以自己揀嚟混合兩個人食就有半隻雞,隻雞都幾大隻,我仲跟咗隻清檸仔俾我哋加入去醬料到跟住就係想海鮮啦,佢有六種紅色海鮮可以揀三款我哋揀咗鮑魚,聖子王,同埋活魚,活魚今日係多寶魚,估唔到又幾大隻喎,平時去酒樓叫一隻聖子皇,最少都要幾十蚊,隻原隻鮑魚都幾大隻㗎。魷魚都幾大碟娃娃菜嘅份量就唔係咁多,兩個人加埋只得一棵二人份量嘅美國肥牛肉,都幾靚唔係出面跌好多肥膏嘅貨色好大兜嘅蠔,雖然大約半隻手指長但係都好鮮味其實佢總共前前後後會有15種食物俾你食到,分量覺得啱啱好,除非好大食啦,附近都係啲街坊起到幫襯,口碑似乎好唔錯。 continue reading

天氣咁凍,梗係要食烚吓烚吓啦!朋友介紹呢度有間高CP值嘅海鮮火鍋,一個價錢$250椰子雞煲湯底,包埋數款海鮮、貝類、肉類、配菜,唔使頭痕。唔鍾意嘅亦都可以$200揀個粥底火鍋。去到餐廳6:30pm到鐘, 已坐滿左大半人,好彩我哋早到姐!椰子雞煲上枱啦!聞到好香嘅椰子味。職員好細心教我地要先滾咗個湯底,再落雞件煮滾後熄火焗5分鐘,就可以先食雞,再飲湯。一人有四份一隻雞嘅份量。呢個食法真係好正,雞皮嫩滑,加上雞本身偏瘦,啖湯亦都好鮮甜、唔肥膩。海鮮同貝類,我哋揀咗肉蟹、聖子王、帶子、花甲,海鮮不得不讚好新鮮,肉蟹同蝦落鍋之後,重係郁郁下。肉蟹非食不可,大隻,啖啖肉,無得彈。帶子超大隻,連埋個殼落,成個鍋底咁大,爽口彈牙。花甲亦大隻鮮味。其實已經飽咗半肚,仲有一碟肥牛、豬肉片未食,兩者質素都唔錯,食得出唔係啲平價貨,連埋粟米、金菇、響鈴、淮山等等配菜,今餐真係好豐富,捧住個肚走。 continue reading

趁著氣溫急降的一夜,我倆來到吃海鮮火鍋渡過一個暖意的晚上這晚訂了最早埸,18:00-2030定價不高,二百蚊左右就包左八款海鮮+六款火鍋配料兩位起計,重點免加一點了粥底,先送來粥底配料店員說吃到最後才放入粥底裡海鮮點了肉蟹、海蝦、蟶子,蠔仔,花甲,刀貝刀貝其質感彈牙,不失鮮嫩,配蔥蒜調味也不錯海蝦也來得新鮮梅頭肉美國肥牛,牛肉味濃最後再加上粥底跟配料粥底具米香,盡吸海鮮鮮甜與肉類油香的精華雖然很撐,也忍不住吃上幾碗呢! continue reading
