今晚第一次一家四口黎同老公食生日飯,所有叫既食物都好有水準,要提到生牛肉真係要介紹超好味,老板可控制牛保持到新鮮,入口即溶,好有牛肉既鮮味,我食過好多次其它店舖既生牛肉,但都係第一次食生牛肉食咁多片,仲要入口之後食到咁香既牛肉味!我會再帶我既好朋友一齊黎再食過!另外生蠔都好掂,因為我既玻璃肚一有少少唔清潔既食物,我就好快知道,今日食既蠔好爽甜新鮮!淨係呢兩款食物可以睇得出老板打理既食材好有專業水準及心思,在現在疫情既情況下都可以保持水準,就感受到老板對食材既處理一定擺在第一位,才另到每一位客人食到食材既真正新鮮及味道!

我覺得普通囉! 雞軟骨要八九十蚊細細碟( nuts size) 都ok脆嘅, 但唔值呢個價,仲叫咗個豚肉炒雜菜係超鹹, 返屋企要飲多啲水恐防有腎病, 炸豬扒洋蔥飯百五蚊一碗, 個人覺得吉野家仲好食 , 豬豬表面已經唔脆啲飯又爛 , 洋蔥同蛋碎濕濕.水汪汪嘅一pat嘢,串燒反為最ok ,但最主要我唔中意喲 service,可能行完山衣著比較唔光鮮, 落完單用怪怪的眼神望住我, 話唔夠 600蚊只收現金㗎喎, 食夠600蚊先有得碌卡, 兩個人食張單大約四百幾( 俾現金囉 )其實夜晚出街兩個人食幾百蚊至800內我都覺得好合理, 前題係嘢食普通, service唔得, 唔會再嚟啦......

開咗都一段日子高埔村冇咩日本餐 所以今日就揀咗呢間餐廳每人嗌左一個lunch set 同一般市價定價相約三個lunch都頗有驚喜 平時食日本嘢最鍾意試佢哋嘅天婦羅呢度嘅天婦羅皮唔會太厚 不過隻蝦就可以腌得更加入味夜晚嚟呢度應該幾好 始終呢個地方唔算太熱鬧飲一杯都幾舒服😌

此店老闆是一位對食物處理非常認真的人,一班老友對他都十分喜歡,這晚就特別到來一聚,特別預先訂了汁煮鮑魚鮑魚味道保持一貫的鮮美,另一精萃是那件大根,吸收了鮑魚的鮮味外更是入口即溶。此店的串燒比他們搬遷前又更上一層樓這個燒鷄皮香脆不膩,送酒一流。海鮮刺身更是無話可說,自家魚缸保持新鮮外,師傅的功夫更是一項藝術所以除了飛機直送的海鮮外,還有時令海鮮。其餘食物都是非常美味,真是要自己食完才可感受到,但最後不得不提的另一個代表作,就是師傅自家做的蕨餅入口軟棉而清甜,是一餐美食的最佳終結。

自從去年跟同事酒腳初嘗家庭式日本料理之後,一試難忘,食材新鮮,招呼親切。當時大家約定必會在此再聚,點知老闆搬舖,一別半年,終於上星期五晚大家又可以在錦田把酒言歡!雖然地方稍遠,但環境與空間都比舊舖舒服,食材依舊保持水準。串燒,刺身加清酒絕對是我班酒腳吹水的最佳配搭。

元朗新店開幕,約咗屋企人去試試。雖然係元朗,交通尚算方便。靠近巴士站同地鐵站,好容易搵到。今次點咗左口魚同鮮鯖魚刺身。食材新鮮,入口鮮甜。鲜鯖魚味道濃郁非常可口。串燒都保持水準,日本鷄尾皮脆油香,一絕。燒和牛排,香口丶入口即溶,正。大脂油分充足,只是不能吃太多,不過邊個可以頂住誘惑。師傅再配上金目鯛,深海池魚,馬糞海膽。真正大快朵頤。最後鮮魚湯收尾,加柚子雪芭。人生一大樂事,水準保持高水平,是合理價位嘅刺身店。
