前排經過旺角嘅創興廣場,發現2/F 新開左間台式串燒火煱店🔥所以有日朋友話想食串燒,我就二話不說帶佢黎呢間八拾台式串燒😋同埋餐廳好細心,會將烤好嘅串燒都放喺一個小火爐上保持住食物嘅熱度👍🏻餐廳系用生燒方式燒串燒,有別於坊間其他串燒店先炸後燒,所以串燒會比較濕潤!仲有,呢度好啱一D夜收工嘅朋友嚟食宵夜,營業時間竟然開到成凌晨4點😮烤生蠔🦪生蠔鮮嫩多汁,烤後嘅香氣更為濃郁,用左大量蒜蓉黎一齊烤,一定系絕配啊👍🏻烤魷魚鬚🦑一份有成10串,正啊😋魷魚鬚烤至彈牙,外層微脆,內裡仍保持彈性。烤韭菜💚韭菜烤至微焦,香氣四溢,保持了韭菜嘅脆口感。鹽烤雞頸肉💛竟然呢度連雞頸肉呢d 罕見部位都有,烤得恰到好處,肉質鮮嫩,油脂適中。鹽燒厚切牛舌芯🔥牛舌厚切,口感滑嫩,肉質鮮美。烤地捫菠蘿🍍燒菠蘿外皮微焦,內裡鮮嫩多汁。經過燒烤嘅菠蘿,糖分稍微焦化,增添香氣同口感嘅層次。 continue reading

呢一間旺角新開嘅火鍋串燒舖頭,營業時間去到凌晨四點,啱晒年輕人聚腳飲酒吹水!我哋今次嚟到冇食打邊爐,淨係試咗佢哋嘅串燒,留意番佢哋嘅串燒係採用生燒方式燒,同坊間嘅串燒舖採用先炸後燒嘅方法唔一樣,所以上菜時間真係會比較耐一啲~今次試咗幾款串燒海鮮,分別係烤魷魚鬚(10串)🦑$48、生蠔 🦪$28、烤臺灣白鱔🐟 $48,生蠔同埋白鱔都算肥美厚肉~另外都嗌咗幾款唔同嘅肉類同埋蔬菜,分別有豬仔髀2隻🐷 $38、鹽燒厚切牛舌芯🐮 $48、烤胸口油🐂 $48、鹽烤雞頸肉 🐔 $28、烤豬頸肉🐷 $18、烤韭菜🥬 $18,咁多款入面就最欣賞佢哋嘅燒韭菜,佢哋嘅韭菜唔會燒到太乾身,而且用嘅韭菜部位都係比較嫩一d 既,唔會有食到黐晒牙嘅情況~ continue reading
