住左喺慈雲山咁多年,有唔少嘅宵夜鋪,不過兩三串唯獨係我嘅最愛。佢哋嘅串燒種類好多,仲有炸物同解渴嘅鮮果沙冰,而且價錢又唔貴,非常之抵食。除咗串燒嘅種類好多之外,佢哋自家製嘅醬汁配搭唔同種類嘅串燒亦都非常出色。重點推介佢哋嘅燒牛舌同燒雞皮,牛舌燒到外面脆脆地,但入邊依然非常多汁,有啖啖的牛油香,而燒雞皮就非常脆,小小油膩感都冇,同出邊嘅日式燒雞皮唔同,唔需要點醬汁,少少椒鹽就好似食緊零食禁。而佢哋亦都有唔同嘅燒海鮮,價錢唔貴之餘,亦都好大隻,絕對值得一試。

天時暑熱通街食串燒,當然要叫返杯冰凍嘅飲品。由於我唔飲啤酒嘅關係,喺一般串燒店我只可以叫汽水、包裝檸檬茶呢類飲品。呢度卻有無限的驚喜,竟然有水果系沙冰,有西瓜、香蕉、益力多、奇異果、芒果及椰汁。這正是我要一試此店的最大原因。

香蕉沙冰相對罕有,味道極出色,蕉味很突出,飲落似奶昔般幼滑,與之前嗰杯嘅口感截然不同。

走過慈雲山毓華里這條食街,遇見這家小小的串燒店,眼發光了。一向對串燒沒有抵抗力的我,看到串燒店總會失控狂吃。串燒選擇很多,花多眼亂,叫了兩串最愛的加工肉,過一下口癮。等了差不多10-15分鐘才燒好。燒廚師腸燒得剛好,一點點焦,外皮微脆,本來咸咸的味道加上微焦的炭香,味道一流煙肉露荀卷通常都是卷金菇,這露荀卷比較新奇所以想試試看。想不到這個配搭也很不錯,煙肉燒得略油,但配上清新的露荀中和的剛好如果不是已經吃了晚飯,應該會再試其他,雖然等候時間稍長,但味道不錯,價錢算合理,入夜很多食肆都已經關門,這家開至凌晨,吃宵夜一流,最愛摺枱摺凳的浪漫

如果不是已經吃了晚飯,應該會再試其他,雖然等候時間稍長,但味道不錯,價錢算合理,入夜很多食肆都已經關門,這家開至凌晨,吃宵夜一流,最愛摺枱摺凳的浪漫

我新搬黎慈雲山,晚晚都好夜番屋企。早幾日兩點鐘經過毓華里見到間「兩三串」,睇個名都幾特別就坐係度睇下有乜好食。睇張點餐紙價錢又唔算好貴,就點左個豬排包,焗金菇同墨魚鬚,加埋都係$50。個飽外脆內軟,沙拉醬同塊排好夾,熱辣辣。一打開份金菇,陣牛油味就飄出來好香,起初食好清淡,但加左辣粉後又另一番風味。最後到個燒墨魚鬚,加上沙爹汁後好好味啊!呢間舖細細哋,真係屋邨美食!
