今日去到元朗一間小舖，只得兩個位，主力做外賣生意，舖頭不是太明顯，但係有很出色的花膠湯底，有花膠龍躉片花膠湯飯或烏冬任選，花膠好大塊，龍躉片厚切四大件，仲有特色的手撕雞，例如芥末蜜糖手撕雞，亦有花膠湯雞或豬什，價錢相當合理，舖頭親民，事頭婆親切，有貓店主好靚的緬因貓，亦提供免費餐俾有需要貓貓，詳細可以睇吓佢門口佢嗰張貼嘅poster，在眾多元朗小舖，這家算是具有特色湯底的小舖，值得支持的小舖。👍 continue reading

呢間鋪既位置，起初唔太起眼，行過唔敢幫襯。不過，試過一次外賣之後，就開始每星期食兩、三次。食材新鮮無味精，只要你對食材與健康講究既話，你就會自自然然去幫襯。日頭返工夠曬忙，根本無力整野食，飲返碗花膠湯，食住新鮮既食材，身體就自然少左病痛，皮膚和體質都慢慢改善左。俾貴少少，食好啲好過攞錢睇醫生。 continue reading

呢間餐廳嘅花膠雞湯泡飯真係相當有水準！雞湯濃郁鮮甜，完全感受到熬煮嘅功夫，帶出雞肉天然嘅旨味，同時花膠滑溜帶黐嘴感，每一口都充滿滿足感。最讚嘅係飲晒成碗湯都唔覺口渴，亦冇嗰種過量味精嘅嚡口感，證明用料講究，絕對係用心熬製。另外試咗花膠海鮮泡飯，最驚喜嘅係佢哋選用新鮮海鮮，而非雪藏貨，食落海鮮彈牙鮮甜，絕對加分！以呢個價錢嚟講，性價比高，而且每一款都係用心製作，值得推薦。香蔥油無骨雞亦係亮點，雞肉滑嫩入味，蔥油香氣撲鼻，簡單但令人回味。整體而言，呢餐食得非常滿足，已經開始期待下次再訪，特別想試埋佢哋嘅咖喱！期待下次可以試到更多驚喜之作！ continue reading
