元朗燒賣皇后我直入元朗~話說早排去開元朗咁啱口痕想食D小食見到燒賣皇后就想試下個名成日都聽到但係就未食過但係應該係最後一次食佢!我本身係燒賣控個個星期最少食一次呢間元朗燒賣皇后就令到我相當失望!去到見到佢有招牌白魚蛋同香菇豬肉燒賣兩款都想試食咁就梗係叫個孖寶啦 我第一次食就落單時問店蹟孖寶係用普通魚蛋定白魚蛋點知佢一下就反我白眼話我地魚蛋得一款另外我本身都算食得辣但係佢地既辣椒油係多到差唔多浸住D燒賣!!辣椒油勁辣但唔算香口後期辣到我食唔到D魚蛋燒賣咩味仲要辣到我係咁肚痛再講番個香菇豬肉燒賣蒸到過哂龍變形又淋身豬肉味欠奉 一D都唔香唔彃牙另外個白魚蛋又係冇魚味唯一好處佢口感係彈牙既但係孖寶都成$30蚊呢個價錢性價比極差食劣食我寧願食番龍津算 continue reading

話你知,呢間店嘅燒賣,真係叫到我停唔到口。佢哋嘅招牌香菇豬肉燒賣,個個肥美彈牙,真係食落有種"嘩"嘅感覺。香菇嘅香味濃郁,肉感又夠味,真係叫到我食指大動。一啲都唔會覺得乾笠,啖啖肉嘅口感又夠晒juicy,蘸嗰下豉油同辣油,啖啖都話得上係dim sum嘅精髓。🥢仲有椒鹽炸燒賣,外皮香脆得滯,咬一啖又熱,又夠响,個人覺得如果椒鹽味再濃烈少少就更正!但總體嚟講都係滿足晒。至於真空包裝嘅燒賣,家庭蒸煮後都保持到質素,方便之餘又唔失美味,我會畀個讚👍。總之嚟到元朗,咪錯過呢間嘅燒賣。想話你知,廣東人嘅美食機智就係—無論你幾忙,都要抽幾分鐘嚟享受吓質素好嘅街頭美食!存喺於這半纏口間的,係一個又一個嘅小確幸啊!🍢👑 continue reading

喺呢一間食店食咗差唔多十幾20年作為元朗地膽😝有佢以前係有燒雞翼(沙嗲醬辣汁)燒司華力腸 燒牛肉雞肉豬頸肉,幾年前食過烏冬,撈咖喱汁都係好好味😍😍睇住佢咁多年嘅轉變到而家佢唔少嘢食都冇咗,新增咗撈麵 白魚蛋而我嘅最愛當然係香菇燒賣 我覺得以前係好食少少 不過依家都唔差 每次點必定要點辣既 先夠惹味 仲要最少八粒,我覺得反而炸燒賣冇咁好味 蒸燒賣先係比較多肉汁同Juicy 依家仲出埋急凍燒賣好方便,買埋返屋企食依家新出咗榴槤燒賣,下次必定要試吓😍😍😍 continue reading

下午茶時間,覺得好肚餓,想買啲小食食下,咁啱經過又新街,咁就食啲小食填下個肚😆👇🏻招牌香菇豬肉燒賣 $15/5粒百吃不厭😋大大粒,好足料,每啖咬落去都有好濃嘅菇味!可以即食,或者外賣拎返屋企同屋企人分享都係唔錯嘅選擇☺️👇🏻牛舌串燒 $20/串忽然好想食燒物,望一望個餐牌,揀咗我最鍾意嘅燒牛舌🤤牛舌勁厚切好淋,上面沈左啲味粉,同牛舌好夾,好味嘅!而且係即叫即燒,所以覺得等10分鐘都值得😎 continue reading

一向係呢檔燒牛舌嘅忠實粉絲,但今日食咗一串又凍又梅嘅牛舌,同埋一肚氣!平時買親都會問辣定唔辣,係落唔落辣粉嘅意思。今朝短髮阿姐開檔,叫我等20分鐘,我乖乖地等,番到嚟唔對路,串嘢竟然落咗沙嗲醬。我問阿姐點解串嘢同平時唔同晒,平時唔係沙嗲醬,係乾身落味粉㗎,仲有我唔食沙嗲!!!阿姐堅持:“辣就一定係沙嗲㗎啦”我話:“平時每次話辣,你地都係落紅色辣粉,無醬㗎”阿姐兇兇地:“你係咪夜晚嚟食呀?夜晚唔同㗎,日頭就係沙嗲”下,我心諗唔係呀嘛,日夜同一餐單唔同味㗎?咁你地舖頭點解唔寫明喺餐牌?我答:“總之我係唔食沙嗲嘅,宜家可以點?”阿姐話:“咁你再等多20分鐘囉”我:“頭先已經等咗20分鐘,我無可能再等,一係退錢啦”阿姐:“無得退錢,沙嗲就沙嗲,一係你要咗佢,一係我用水沖走啲醬,再燒一燒落番味粉”我揀咗後者,佢沖走沙嗲醬,一分鐘hea整完俾番我。結果,呢串牛舌又梅又凍又無味!而且受咗短髮阿姐一肚氣! continue reading
